"looking for a place for a small breakfast, we saw this restaurant passing by. from outside it seemed like eat or "pret an manger" for the people who know this local from uk.Since my wife and I look very much at our food (especially due to my wife's zölliakie), we thought that in a restaurant with this title there is definitely suitable food to be found.Leider seemed rather unmotivated to one of those who were present. my wife chose a yogurt where no gluten was listed among the allergens. to make sure, we asked again what only the allergy card was given to us; see here: the product contained gluten. what would be possible as an alternative, the service could not help us. the coffee was good."

we were short on lunch in the break eating a little bite. I chose a ham-covered ciabatta, which was also quite good. the colleagues who have chosen a fresh salad was not really enthusiastic about its freshness. Visualizza piatti

een eenvoudig self-service restaurant. het restaurant kwam op mij wat zielloos over, wat deels te wijten was aan de bediening, the om onduidelijke he talk overduidelijk geen zin in had. eten en drinken zijn ok, maar niet bijzonder.

Good place to have a quick, healthy snack or met some friends for a coffee. It´s a very point to start to visit new "Elbphilharmonie" - the concert hall. The platform in the building, where you have a spectacular view of the harbour, is free of charge by visiting.

I had a cafe latte here with a few friends one day and the guy that worked behind the counter was really nice. I could see myself stopping in regularly when I am in the neighborhood. I didn't try any of the food yet so I can't say anything about it but the coffee and the service were very tasty and good. Visualizza piatti

we have two drinks a covered croissant and a Mediterranean bun with ham and rucola. as dessert there was a caramel cookie cream and a piece of beeen punct. the drink selection is in order that croissant not as fresh as the name it promises to smear the breadth thick with horseradish cream. the bee engraving is in order, the cream is a cheeky for a bistro with fresh in the name.

One of a number of this sandwich salad bar chain in Hamburg. This one is right in the middle of the Hafen City and so a pleasant walk from my office! Choice of salads, bagels, wraps, and hot food is good and my chicken salad was fresh and decent, without being exceptional. They have tables inside and outside(though unfortunately they have a street not water view) but everything can be bought to go. Perfectly acceptable, clean (and yes FRESH) lunch time place.

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
