We were at Uncle Otto in Günzburg on Friday evening in May 2022. The restaurant is located in the petrol station building. When we arrived at 8:00 p.m., an ear-breathing sound of the children already hit us. Even without reservation we got a table, although the restaurant was very well occupied. This morning I was there with my instructor and we ordered Cappuchino. The staff is very unfriendly, desintered and not able to clean up the equipment. The table at the beverage outlet and the garbage bucket is totally dirty and ground We just wanted to stir a fresh spoon, whereupon he offered us dirty spoons from a grounded beer glass. Of course, we did not take these and demanded a fresh and clean spoon. In the meantime our 2nd visit, quality and quantity again top to Superfairem price, service actually also great, ambience, although not really hospitable, but expedient and well maintained. However, there is 1 problem if you have food allergies, and this is more negligence: In the current version of the menus (Stand 2022 11), the numbers contained in the food are linked as footnotes, but the corresponding explanation (at the end of the menu), for the allergens UNVOLLSTÄNDIG!!! The lack of a list was also incomplete as the staff had no feedback. For not allergy sufferers no topic, and therefore actually 5 stars for this predominant customer group.
