"Fantastic family friendly hotel. Incredible views, great facilities if you get a quiet week can book your treatments well before you turn up , excellent wine, good food albeit strong leaning towards lots of red meat the vegetarian food was nice, but could be more flavourful. We all felt looked after and the staff were so kind about kids making noise, which helped us relax from the moment we arrived. The dining room chairs were too heavy; we managed to smash a plate and a glass trying to manipulate them; there were parts of the decors that might benefit from modernisation, but it was so clean and well maintained that you couldn’t complain. Would come back here and bring parents as think all ages would enjoy it. Tennis was cheap to book a whole court for an hour, local paddle boarding was great fun. The evening entertainment is sparse for those not retiring early with young children. I met the best masseuse ever at their spa, Mara, who was incredibly informative and went above and beyond to help me and advise on exercises for when I got home. I would return but appreciate we went in non peak season, which probably made the pool and the facilities feel quite private to us at times. A good place to be especially with kids! Room was lovely the only change I’d make is the pillows they are too flat you need about 3 more!"

"Excellent! Very welcoming and great food. We went several times whilst staying in the village, we went for lunch, for evening meals, drinks and coffee cake even the dogs were welcome and got a fresh bowl of water. Can't recommend them enough, a must vist if you are in the Schluchsee area."

"as a hotel guest the a la carte 3-course menu costs 28€. as we were tired from the trip, we decided to eat in our hotel. as an appetizer we had smoked salmon (oké, nothing special) and meat with chestnut (very good). the main dish was also very nice (meat and a carving, sounds normal, but was well prepared). homemade late tent was good! also I was impressed by the noodle (which I usually abhor) the dessert was somewhat strange, we liked the honey of the cheese plate (which was rather a collection of breakfast cheese) and the sweet desert was a raw purple birne, strangely tasting mousse and normal ice. we choose 3 out of 6 very good oriented. the courts had a very good size (actually we were already full-cocked before the desert);"

"that was a completely successful evening and a perfect holiday conclusion. I haven't eaten so delicious for a long time. seasonal vegetables, a super tasty sauce and the meat cooked to the point and then we had a super dear woman in the service who had to serve the whole load because her colleague had failed due to illness. have rarely experienced a person who is so viewed that she is right in her profession. as if it were to draw something positive from everyone, whether friendly or unfriendly. it was really nice. we're coming back!"
