"we want to book the hotel together with the festive room for a high time on 08.08.2015 last October. the chef personally gave us a firm botschaft and said we can contact us on December for the menu selection. have we, but then we were told? we have Christmas business and should go back to the januar we did, but then we were told we had refurbishment work, then it was finally worked out and we had to get an appointment for today 25.01.2015! but yesterday the hotel called and served us. no party! a group of 200-300 people would have received the message. we should have understood that. hi? since we didn't want to satisfy ourselves with our 60 people, we called back there and we thought a message!? but without success. we were served with snippish unfriendly words and we didn't mean anything in writing! the situation was already on the invitations, just mentioned on the way! we are now standing. without location for a high time that can be found enough on 08.08.2015!"
