"The restaurant has a wheelchair accessible entrance, but the door is heavy. I had to wait for 10 minutes as all the top tables were reserved, but the server quickly explained the delay. There were two friendly front of house servers who were courteous and sanitized the tables between customers. I could see behind the counter from my table and watched a young lady making drinks and returning milk to the refrigerator. My drink and cake arrived promptly. The carrot cake was filled with nuts and had a delicious frosting. The hot chocolate had a balance between milk and dark chocolate, giving it a strong flavor. Despite the cold temperature outside, the inside of the restaurant did not feel too warm."

Fantastic! My companion and I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at this charming restaurant. The price was excellent compared to other places offering afternoon tea. The seating arrangement was pleasant, with ample space between tables. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially on busy days like Saturdays. We were glad we booked ahead as there was a wait. They also offer takeaway options with a separate queue. The cakes were delicious and well worth the price.
