I placed my order at 7 PM, and the food didn’t arrive until nearly 10 PM—completely cold. There was no apology for the delay. While the food is usually quite good, that delivery time was unacceptable! Food: 3/5 Service: 1/5

The food is excellent, but it's really frustrating that something is always missing with the delivery, particularly the extra pancakes. This seems to be due to the very basic process of cash-only collection orders. While the food itself is great, there’s definitely room for improvement in the overall execution of the service.

This was our 1st time using here as they deliver, which was great as we've just moved to malpas! So disappointed. Crispy chilli beef was awful so chewy and almost like slime!! The food was tasty, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, receiving a rating of 4. While the atmosphere might not be the most captivating (with a rating of 3), it didn't detract from the overall experience. With such reasonable prices, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I’m going to be fully honest with this review. I’ve eaten from here more times than I can remember following moving to Holt. This place, was at times, the envy of all Chinese takeaways in the Wrexham area a couple of years ago but it’s no so anymore. The whole business model has drastically declinedsmall portions, quickly prepared meals, below par service to name a few. This review is based on the straw that broke the camels back. A basic collection order of 1x large sausage and chips, 1x large sausage, fish cake and chips and a large curry sauce.
