I don't put 5 stars for a little detail. all the dinner was excellent, product, variety, service, rhythm. Peak dinner: artichokes, croquettes, mushrooms (recommended,) tksangurro, ribs (also recommended). At the end of desserts: idiazábal cheese cake and torrija. I asked for coffee, as I am diabetic, I asked for sauerkraine or sweetener: There was no! (it was over) for my big mistake. otherwise highly recommended.

reading the comments 7 months ago, it seems he had gone to a new place. I had gone twice to the madrid perretxico and I was hoping it would be up to speed. We've been thinking it's been a “no more” dinner, I dare say that quality has fallen a lot. Unfortunately the service is bad; with several errors in the menu (both with us and with other tables) and long waits to be 5 tables and be a day between week. at least they have had the detail of offering us dessert for all the problems. personally, I wouldn't repeat it.
