The tearooms are charming and unique, with a quaint upstairs seating area. The gluten free Scotch Eggs are delicious, and it was a treat to have a gluten free Bakewell Tart as well.

we were in castleton an early morning looking for something too early to find this place. had a great vegan breakfast. I also saw that they had 3 vegan cakes had a choice of the milk alternative.

Great place to come and have lunch or some afternoon tea after visiting the nearby caverns. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and afternoon tea. we had one of the best cooked breakfasts we had here for a long time! the warmest friendly greetings included for our golden retriever dog to a beautifully decorated modern room. the food was super quality and the complete boiled breakfast (which included tea coffee, orange juice and plentiful amounts toast) was fantastic! many thanks. a real foundation in castleton.

after a nice walk around castleton to lunch for tee and cake. the personal was very friendly and welcoming, our collie was made to feel welcome and even got a tasty bite. great selection of cakes and pastries, all very cheap, excellent worth when some places invite them a fortune. we visit castleton occasionally and have already donated in an breakfast for our next walk around here. also had to pack a few rolls on the way out, as they looked too nice to leave behind the counter and great worth. will be back soon. thanks for a pleasant experience.
