"since 1.1.2020 there is a new administration of taverna. the previous operator family had to give up at the end of 2019 for private and health reasons. the new management took over the menu and the cook so that eating did not change much: tasty and sufficient. the prices are in the rule between 10 and 20 €. the restaurant has 2 Greek dining rooms and a summer terrace, partly covered. the device was largely taken over. only the Greek-white-blue-cartated tablecloths (which somehow always reminded me of the NVA bed linen) were exchanged for identically patterned in white-green. Unfortunately, the new operator does not have much time to earn money: corona came from China to europa and Germany – they are known: weeks of enticing with the entire gastronomy. After the im-house nomination had been cancelled, the normal card was returned with changed opening times: now the whole week is open from 12 to 23 clock. the quality and the amount of eating the Greek cuisine is still very good too good. which has suffered in my eyes but is a bit the pleasant atmosphere. it was almost familiar friendly among previous operators, now it is quite cool business. update: next to the standard card there are also always day offers. on 11.11.2021 for example fresh grilled dorade with grilled vegetables. for someone who doesn't like to submit whole fish in the restaurant himself, this activity takes on request a service performance. has tasted well, but at 23,50 €uro was not a very good fun, especially since a saturation supplement was not intended for this fish dish."

"It's hard to get a table here at weekend mornings after Mauna Kea is just that good and the people here know it. The food and atmosphere are worth the reservation though. There are some tables outside where you can watch the goings on...on the Boelsche Street, people getting their sunday rolls from the bakery, families out for an early stroll. It doesn't feel like you're in the big city here, the Boelsche feels more like the main street of a small town holiday resort. Inside there several smaller rather than one big area lined with bookshelves or wine shelves. All in all you feel more like you're in a fancy living room than in a restaurant. On the menue there's eveything you could ever want from a breakfast: the classic bread and butter version as well as numerous culture themed platters like the awesome scandinavian breakfast with salmon, scrambledshrimpyeggs and delicious rolls or oriental breakfast with hummus, olive paste, pita bread and salad. There's several variations of omeletts and you can chose to order them with fried or scrambled eggs. To go with the food you can choose from a list of coffees, juices, lassis. They have high stools for babies as well and are family friendly My personal tip for the summer: get up early and be there at The temperatures are still bearable, all the tables are free and the day feels fresh and new"

"Wir haben seit langem nicht so gut gegessen. Hier passt doch alles zusammen, nettes Ambiente , sehr freundliches Personal - steht sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Die Speisekarte liest sich so gut - wir konnten uns nicht gleich für ein Essen entscheiden. Es gibt doch sehr interessante Creationen.Auf jeden Fall haben wir uns richtig entschieden - das Essen war sehr sehr gut.Schmeckt gut, sieht auf den Tellern gut aus und vor allem sehr frisch und heiß wenn es auf den Tisch kommt.Leider wohnen wir nicht in der Nähe , sonst würden wir schneller wiederkommen."

"Actually, I didn't want to eat Chinese again, but the children were for it. so we have got into this - from the outside rather somewhat inconspicuous - locally in the bölschestraße. it also seemed a bit gloomy inside - at least at the midday. In the late evening you might call it cozy.The service was quick and friendly, but you had to wait for something because it is freshly prepared. that was worth it in our case. there were ducks, noodles "with danger of searching" and a very beautifully executed dorade. the associated vegetables were fresh and crisp. the homemade dressing to salat there was extra, so there was nothing in it. There were also homemade drinks (including the limonade) and a Vietnamese coffee to finish. Who doesn't know it should try. the whole was not cheap, but the performance was appropriate. all in all: a pleasant surprise."

"Wir wurden am 27.05.2017 zu einer Geburtstagsfeier in die Gaststätte Neu Helgoland eingeladen.Eine herrlich gelegene Gaststätte direkt an der Spree. Bei schönem Wetter hatten wir es vorgezogen in der freien Natur zu verweilen.Ein Ausblick auf die vielen Boote war beeindruckend.Zum Mittag gab es eine gute und ausgewogene Auswahl an Speisen.Sie waren für eine Ausflugsgaststätte optisch ansprechend angerichtet.Geschmeckt hat es auch. Leider war der Spargel von nicht so guter Qualität.Ansonsten waren alle Gäste mit ihrer Auswahl zu frieden.Die Bedienung freundlich und hilfsbereit.Getränke wurden regelmäßig angeboten.Es war eine gelungene Geburtstagsveranstaltung.Negativ zu bewerten ist die Parkplatzsituation. Für eine so große Einrichtung gibt es viel zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten, was sich die Ordnungshüter zu Nutze machen.Es wir abgezockt wo es nur geht.Steht man am unbefestigten Straßenrand bekommt man ein Knöllchen.Wir dürfen 15,- € dafür bezahlen, obwohl eine eindeutige Beschilderung fehlt.Teilweise ist sie durch die Vegetation verdeckt, aber Hauptsache man kann kassieren.Dieser Teil ist nicht gerade touristenfreundlich und der Eindruck an einen schönen Tag verschwindet ganz schnell.A L S O für alle, die mit dem A U T O kommen, nicht wo alle stehen kann man auch "kostenlos" Parken!!!"
