I really enjoy their food - it's so fresh, abundant, and the service is excellent. It's a great choice for a relaxed night out, and being family-friendly adds to the experience.

The BBQ ribs are absolutely amazing, the best I've ever had. The food is always high quality and never fails to impress. I've been a loyal customer for many years and this Chinese restaurant is still the top choice for me.

A pretty basic no-frills licensed chinese restaurant. The hot and sour soup was one of the best I’ve ever had, packed with meat and a perfect balance of heat and sourness. The food was not flavorful, but the chicken was tender, which was a positive. I ordered a special curry that only had chicken, two mushrooms, and onions, which was not what I was expecting. When I asked the staff about it, they confirmed that it was indeed a special curry. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

As above disgusted last time I will visit this restaurant.I purchase two fillet steaks with curry sauce. Salt pepper ribes Cost me Take it home could not eat it disgusting. We have all way supported. We were seated and served very promptly (Tuesday evening) . Beer selection was good and reasonably priced. I had pork , my wife had a chicken dish. Both came very quickly from the kitchen and were good and hot. Quality was Ok but certainly nothing...special, the pork was tough. We have been loyal and regular customers at the Phonlik for many years. However our visit at the weekend left us utterly disappointed, ripped off and sadly we will not be returning again. The food was tasteless and of very poor quality. If you are...trying to cut corners to try and gain some revenue back dont do it! It will backfire and you will lose many more customers. The head waiter was also very rude and curt and couldnt wait to get us to eat, pay and leave, that was very obvious.

Food was excellent, have to be honest I didn't like the look of the cubed carrots and veg in the beef schechuan but they tasted lovely, sweet and sour pork was so nice although pork was very tough to eat, chips were beautiful and barbecue...spare ribs were the best I have ever had, they were not fatty as I can't eat them if they have fat on and they were nice big ribs too and sauce was yummy, prawn crackers are gorgeous there, portion sizes were very very good and this will definately be our regular takeaway from now on

We have recently started using the Phonlik as we have been regulars at the Dorridge Cantonese but unfortunately they have starred to take “the mick” and have become complacent with their delivery times hour late on one of our meals and didn’t care and...the quality of food has gone downhill! So happy we have switched, not only can we walk to the restaurant the food is way way better. Ribs are awesome and the Crispy Beef was very tasty and did contain beef unlike some restaurants where you only receive batter! Chicken Curry excellent and our overall meal today was fantastic.
