"I ordered the mushroom and truffle ravioli, and being vegetarian and not a Spanish speaker, I double-checked that there was no meat, and was dismissively assured it was fine. Whilst waiting, we encountered a beggar at our table, and there was no effort to deter this from the restaurant. The food arrived very quickly, and I took a couple of bites and it tasted and looked a little too like meat for my comfort, so I reported this to the waiter. He took the food away with no apology or no explanation as to what was happening next. By the time my friend had nearly finished her (very mediocre) pizza, another plate of ravioli appeared, this time without meat. I ate the meal,and when I asked for the bill I asked if there would be any apology/discount/voucher due to the appalling service we had received. It was another waitress who was polite but dismissive, and the attitude was 'well this is our apology now '. I explained the situation was unacceptable as customer 's dietary needs must be taken seriously, as for other customers this may be for allergy reasons where the consequences could be much more dire. As it wasn 't the waitress ' fault, I asked to speak to the manager, who refused because he was 'too busy '. He eventually appeared on the restaurant floor and the waitress beckoned him over, he told me because I ate the food there should be no discount or anything complementary. He was not apologetic at all, and he kept saying he was too busy to deal with this. He even asked me 'how many ravioli squares did you eat? ' The situation was so ridiculous, with complete dismissiveness towards us, that we simply walked out. Mistakes are made, but I 've never received such a rude response in my life. Do not eat here, especially if you have any dietary requirements."

Servicio en la terraza. La camarera muy atenta y acertada en sus recomendaciones. Masa casera en las pizzas, ingredientes buenos. Precio justo.

Muy buenas pastas, en una zona muy bonita de Madrid. La atención del muchacho de Colombia, cuyo nombre no recuerdo lamentablemente, es excelente.

La verdad es que me defraudó mucho. Se equivocaron todo el rato con nuestro pedido. La comida estaba bien, la pasta estaba rica. Amabilidad de los trabajadores bien.

Sitio súper centrico y bonito. Con comida rica, variada y de calidad, donde destaca su pizza fresca y ensaladas. Es servicio muy amable y atento. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue el aseo...ni papel ni jabón, eso sí, limpio.

A very ordinary experience. I ordered a Picante pizza which lacked any spice kick so I had to ask for more chilies. It wasn't served at the right temperature either. Mix up over drinks was sorted out. Partner's stake was reasonable. Not value for money in this city.

Location : ok, easy to find , nice place. Service: bad , poor English , mixed up 3 our dishes, Take extremely long time for just 2 pizzas and pasta pomodoro (around 30 min) Food: bad, pizza bread was too thin and dry like from yesterday, Not enough topping, Pasta was plain and lack of taste.

La verdad ,me esperaba más,ya que al ver las fotos y ver la comida pensaba que iba a estar mejor.El personal son chicos jóvenes y amables.El servicio olía mal y no tenía papel ni jabón.Pedimos una pasta rellena de setas y no me parecía muy fresca.Necesitan mejorar. De precio no es muy barato 2 bebidas y 2 platos sin postre 40 euros.
