All of the staff were friendly, our waiter was very good, attentive, polite nothing was to much trouble The food was fresh delicious

I took my son out for a meal and we both enjoyed the food, the service was also great. Overall, we had a good experience with tasty food and I would recommend this place.

We love this restaurant. The staff are so friendly and the food is always just right tasty and served quickly. We've never found another Pizza Express that lives up to the standard of this one! Our only issue is that at busy times it can feel quite loud in there but the standard of food is worth the noise levels! Visualizza piatti

Excellent service, fantastic staff, quality meal. Hot food and relaxed atmosphere. The stair handrail could do with painting as it was very disgusting looking, and I think their roof is having some issues as there was plastic covering it... Perhaps in need of a little work building wise, but otherwise it was a great dinner out.

I’ve ordered delivery and pizza that arrived was stone cold not warm but cold. I’m not sure who let down who here but I don’t care . Pizza was so cold I had problem curing it!! Deliveroo offered me £4 refund in tokens to use with next order , I don’t think so. I will let PE to figure out who but that’s not great guys. Not angry just disappointed.

As title states, the place from the outside needs a good clean and paint job but the food and staff are excellent. As a decorator, I notice these things but it stands out how scruffy this place looks but the food (pizza Diavlo and pizza of bbq burnt ends) was amazing. After attending the Panto, a group of 14 of us went to Pizza Express with a pre-booked reservation and pre-ordered food. They were expecting us, but there was zero festive atmosphere to be found. The food was good and the staff were pleasant, but we were surprised to find a huge compulsory tip added to our bill. I don't think I would return during the Christmas season again, as it felt more like Pizza Bleak House than a festive dining experience.

Starters weren 't great. Main course was OK. My main concern was how dirty the place looked. Tables looked like they had the same cloth wiping them forever. Loads of smeared grime left on them. The men 's toilets were a disgrace. There was one urinal full of urine with no 'Out of Order ' sign put on it. The smell wasn 't great either. There was what looked like urine down the wall by the hand dryer. Basically, this toilet hadn 't been cleaned for a very long time. Value for money seemed rubbish but our waitress was very polite.

Wouldn't go here again! Definitely not the best pizza express in the chain. A whole section of the back of the restaurant was so dark I could barely read my menu. Apparently the light bulbs were out...so not sure why you were placing people there. It was freezing cold with a massive draft coming from the windows. Food was just ok, bland pizza with no real taste to it and grand chicken caeser salad was not grand at all..one tiny tiny pot of sauce on the side and dry cold chicken (it would be nice to have hot or warm chicken at least! The toilets were absolutely disgusting. Only two cubicles and they looked like a festival loo with mess everywhere. Made you think why did I eat out. Visualizza piatti
