"Average pizza but it’s only pizza express so was not expecting much but the service does not even deserve a one star. Me and my partner are both sick so wanted a quick dinner delivered. Ordered before 6pm on Uber eats, estimated delivery was 6.55pm, then 7.10pm and eventually 7.40pm. Tried to call several times at 7.30pm but no answer. Ended up going and collecting it myself. Quite a rude and condescending manager. Tried to tell me preparation time was an hour for two pizzas despite there being only about 12 tables with customers in the restaurant. I know this is only a pizza order but when you pay you want to receive basic customer service. To rub salt in the wound they finally ’gave our order’ to a driver and he took a picture of my front door for Uber eats. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else, avoid pizza express in chertsey."
