Pizza from The Gowlett Arms

Lovely chilled out place to enjoy a pint! Delicious pizza and friendly staff.

Lovely pub but DJ playing means it's close to impossible to converse in a group.

Came last night and enjoyed it; had an American hot pizza and drinks with friends. Pub was vibey and played really good funky music.

Excellent pizza, super thin crispy base with lace Tastic toppings. Great choice of alcohol also and staff dead!! Thanks for an evening

Nice boozer, with a pool table. Not sure why they have to do a 3 part pour for Guinness though. I don't think the Guinness brew master in Dublin would approve. Visualizza piatti

Been a few times and the gowlett arms is becoming synonymous with pizza night! They are wonderful crisp, light (well yknow... for a pizza). A decent pub otherwise better when it's a bit cooler outside (was quite warm indoors in the midst of a heatwave), can get pretty rammed and noisy Friday/weekends.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The drinks were amazing and the food, once it finally arrived, was fantastic. However, waiting over an hour for a pizza in a half-full pub is unacceptable. And if you dare to point out that your order was incorrect, the (presumed) manager will come out and condescend to you. Calling someone "Mozzarella Girl" for requesting extra Mozzarella is just immature.

Throughout the years, the Gowlett has been known for its excellent pizzas that have attracted a large number of customers. Despite not having visited in about 7 years, I was pleased to discover that they still offer pizzas on their menu. I decided to try the American hot pizza, but I found that it wasn't as delicious as I remembered and the portion sizes had gotten smaller. In addition to pizzas, they also offer a selection of draft beer, cask ale, and wine. The restaurant is kid-friendly and provides board games for entertainment. Visualizza piatti
