Pizza Hut - Piatti

Its been around 8 years since I ate in at Pizza Hut. Was expecting a kind of TGI type experience but no. On arrivel we were told they are a contactless restaurant ok not a problem order at the table. Whilst you order and pay by phone at your table it then has the cheek to ask if you would like to leave a tip! What for exactly we haven't had the most welcoming of arrivals and then asking for a tip before any service is given is a joke. Food arrived very average. Salad bar messy and also no pasta salads!! So sadly if I don't visit you for another 8 years it will be too soon. Sorry guys give it up and do deliveries only.

The Pizza Hut in Eat Central is very poor! The staff are rude and shout at the customers. Being rude to my boyfriend when he asked for a soft drink and giving the dirty look to him because she didn’t hear him saying “I can’t hear what you’re saying!” Before one of the workers told her. I’ve seen people use the drinks machine to refill their drinks there before so I thought I’d refill mine got shouted at by the one member of staff for trying to get another drink. Their customer service is vile for a Pizza Hut think I’ll go to the restaurants next time! Much more professional and polite compared to these Pizza Hut take aways.

Absolutely shocking service..there was a girl called Claire she was proper rude ..she doesn't have any manners at all that how to deal with customers...I've been eating pizza here almost everyday and get 10percent discount because I work in merryhill.today she straight refuse me and wen I asked wen did you guys stopped the discount she lies and said while ago even tho I already get one on Monday...I never complain about anything even tho sometime there pizza is uncooked....I even recommend so many customers to them for the last 3 years....I will be telling my work colleagues never go there again and myself definitely not goin there again.rudeee staff. Extremely disappointed, a spur of the moment decision to go to Pizza Hut Everything about the meal was terrible , therefore I have bullet pointed it Horrible out of date salad which which wasn’t fresh Bland tasteless pizza which wasn’t freshly made dry horrible on a wafer thin base which tasted stale Ice cream tasted sour and off Poor range of condiments , the ketchup and barbecue sauce , the texture and taste was cheap and not of a high standard Fries and onion rings dry and tasteless A complete rib off nearly £60 spent and wasted Avoid like the plague I wish we had stayed in and had oven heated frozen pizza it would have been tastier and better value

It was my son's birthday and he picked here for the occasion. The waitresses and waiter were all lovely and even brought out our cake and sang happy birthday for him. Unfortunately, it's now card only and you have to order through their QR code at the table which is just more faff than it's worth. When two and a child's bill comes to £60 I'd appreciate a more personal service, as opposed to being on my phone, which even cheap pub grub places do, but that's not the staffs fault. The pizza was unfortunately too greasy but dam it tasted good ! The saladette was kept neat and clean, as was the restaurant, and plenty choice at the refill machine. I have fond memories of pizza hut. I decided to take a 10 year old for his first ever pizza hut as a birthday treat. I was told on arrival that it was cashless. The waitress rolled her eyes at me because I must have looked surprised. Upon being seated I discovered that not only was it cashless that's ok, I can pay by card; but I have to order by phone and pay by phone. I am afraid I don't do online banking. No one came to check if I was OK so we got up and walked out. We went to Five Guys which accepts cash and cards. Nearly all food outlets in Merry Hill accept cash or cards. Not been to Pizza Hut for quite a while and one of the kids did well at school so it was their choice. The first shock was the cost of the 'large ' pizza at £23 each, the second was the size and quality when they arrived. The thin crust was barely bigger than your standard frozen Aldi pizza and not much better in quality. The deep pan was far worse with hardly any toppings (no cheese on 2 slices entirely) and was no bigger than your supermarket freezer alternative. The unlimited drinks were the only highlight as the salad bar was fairly messy which didn 't bode well as, when we came, there were only 4 other covers at the time. I don 't think I 've been to Pizza Hut for a good 15 years. On first impressions there was plenty of parking and the staff were friendly. First things first, and no reflection of this particular branch, was the price!! If we didn 't have 'Meerkat Movies ', the following would have cost £46.15 1 x refillable drink, 2 x 9 inch deep pan pizzas, a portion of chips and portion of onion rings. With Meerkat Movies, we got this for £24.97. Well me and my family visit this pizza hut for a quick lunch so we decided to go for the pizza buffet and it was not worth it the selection of pizza they had were all the same in taste even the ones that you would think had some spice of flavour to them were bland and nothing was labeled so ya did not know what you where picking , the salad bar had a good select and the two choices of pasta dish was ok but the the lack of say french fries was a poor choice and the garlic bread I did know if I should eat it or re-tile the room with them and don't get me going on the customer service or should I say complete lack of it , as we enter the server barked at us that the store was cashless ok get th...
