I passed Pimm's on my way back to my Guest House and looked at the price list from outside. A gentleman handed me a menu. I saw some good value offers, including a 9 pizza with 4 toppings for collection for just £7. I agreed to order one and it proved tasty as well as good value. As I was in Bristol on holiday, the map enabling me to note my walk back to my Guest House was helpful too!

The order took over an hour to arrive, and my girlfriend's pizza came with onions on it despite my clear request for them to be omitted due to her onion intolerance. I had written this in the delivery section since there was no other place to specify, resulting in her not being able to have dinner. When I called to explain the mistake, I was told that they hadn't seen the note and that I should have placed the order over the phone. I suggested that they send another pizza, but all they could offer was £5 off a future purchase. I declined, as I do not plan on ordering from them again.

As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, I was appalled by the treatment I received at this restaurant yesterday, especially considering the importance of food intolerances and allergies in today's society. Despite explicitly noting my intolerance to onions in the delivery instructions, my pizza arrived loaded with onions. We immediately contacted the restaurant within 5 minutes of the driver's departure to express our dissatisfaction. Instead of receiving a refund or a replacement pizza, I was offered a mere £5 discount on my next order.
