"Das Osterpaket, eine wunderbar kreative Idee in herausfordernden Zeiten. Das gekühlte Genusspäckli hat rechtzeitig den Weg zu uns in die Berge gefunden und uns ein köstliches Osteressen beschert. Angefangen mit dem feinen Irischen Rauchlachs und den zarten weissen Spargeln. Ganz besonders angetan hat es uns auch die leckere Meerretich-Senfsauce. Das gilt auch für das Dressing des Frühlingssalates. Das war so großzügig bemessen, dass wir am nächsten Tag gleich nochmals ein Salätli machen konnten. Wie auch die Spargeln, mussten wir den Rindsbraten und den Kartoffelstock nur noch heiss machen. Schmeckte ganz vorzüglich, wie frisch im Restaurant zubereitet. Zum Abschluss gabs einen feinen Bergkäse mit dem besten Dörrfrucht-Nussbrot. Den Leue-Brownie mussten wir dann auf den nächsten Tag verschieben. Auch die ausgesuchten Weine haben unseren Gaumen an zwei Tagen erfreut. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Leue-Team. Wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir wieder persönlich vorbeikommen dürfen."

"we eat 3 meals here in 2 days. a French owner who runs an Italian restaurant in a hotel in the German part of Switzerland. the slender garnels were excellent, cooked until perfection with subtle oil garlic sauce. caprese was very good to know that the tomats were not in season. the chef likes to go on the balsamico in the dressur hard. the kalbsaliclopine was in lemon butter sauce with cream risotto. the risotto melted in my mouth, simple but satisfying. very well prepared, but the garnels have won. pasta for lunch was the one day perfectly cooked with a light bun in oil coating. wee choices were ok (Spanish and Portuguese? very friendly owner who spoke French but not English. the people speak English. ."

"We have been ordering from Burgeramt on and off for 5 years. Always in the same TOP quality since the first time! Today we discovered again that all other burger suppliers in our region cannot keep up with Burgeramt. Telephone contact is always very friendly. My favorite is definitely the Amtburger and Rösti Fries. Everything homemade and super tasty. It's just a shame that you can't order over lunch on the weekend. Otherwise absolutely great, gladly again."

"We went to Brunnentor on a double date last Saturday and had a great dinner. As a hotelier I respect restaurants that not only get it right, but do so consistently. It's easy for Michelin starred restaurants to do it with their ridiculously exorbitant prices and their large kitchen brigades, it's much tougher to achieve this level when in a local casual dining restaurant with limited resources. I have been going to this place for years and the food service is always great, always the same. As always, I ordered a large pork schnitzel with carrots and spinach only, no fries. The veggies here are absolutely awesome, perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection. I love the combination of greasy deep fried schnitzel with umami spinach and tender carrot batonets. If you are into your fries then yes please order them. They are seasoned with a flavour enhancer and are pretty tasty. For starters we ordered 2 Nüsslisalats Mimosa (lambs lettuce salad, chopped boiled egg) and a steak tartare. The salad was fine, nothing special, the dressing tasted store bought and this could easily have been tossed up at home by a novice. I don't normally order Steak Tartare as I am simply not a lover of raw minced beef. Carpaccio I enjoy but not tartare. Nevertheless I did taste some from my friend and it was tasty, perfectly seasoned with a hint of spice. For mains everyone ordered a schnitzel and everyone enjoyed what they were served. Fried thinly battered and bread crumbed pork or veal. For desserts we ordered a Black Forest ice cream ball and a coupe, both good. This is our local and we will return. Thanks very much."

"Obwohl sämtliche Tische reserviert waren, ein unglaublicher Lärm (wegen der sehr vielen Gäste) herrschte, kam unser Essen rasch, der Service war speditiv und freundlich. Das Essen war gut und im oberen Preissegment. Es gibt eine grosse, gute Weinauswahl. Dadurch dass das Restaurant sehr voll und sehr lärmig war haben wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Roessli ein nächstes Mal unter der Woche besuchen."
