At 4:50, I asked by phone what the order is and when I could expect to eat. 10 minutes later, I was assured in 1 hour, which was too long. Then I was supplied “probably”. After my name was not correctly listed (3 times I spelled the supplier called me. Well, that can happen. They came to two of which one said “we still have to drive the money”. I had paid with Paypal through the app. €21.49 instead of €19.99 instead of €19.99. Never mind. Once again what I have ordered: everything there, someone has probably calculated. These are the first points that made me feel a bit thoughtful. In particular, to stand in front of me and to make an uncomfortable feeling arise.... Eat up, first the onion rings. So the one star comes. They were okay. A little cold but good. Dönerteller: Salad without sauce, soaky pommes, meat that only drinks in front of fat (also forget “speck pieces” and the Tzaziki, as well as the “baking” of the Dönerteller. The noodles (for the next day: inedible. Cooked in a fat tomato sauce without any spice and also forget about the baked. Info at this point: baking costs extra. Call and tell my unmistakableness that I will throw away food for 20€. There wasn't even an apology, let alone the idea of repaying my money. Since the last experiences had similar kindness, I have now definitely ordered that last time. Too bad."

Delivery was top, even a little earlier than indicated, and the pizza was tastefully top, in some places a bit too chessed but otherwise really top

First and last time. Delivery took quite exactly 2 hours, food was lukewarm. Taste not bad but also not really exceptional. Thank you, but that was a shot in the oven.

Taste is quite good, but simply too unreliable for delivery times. Ordered several times by app and it always means 60min. Sometimes it comes after 45min, sometimes after 2.5h. I won't order here anymore!

Almost 2 hours waiting for delivery. I ordered a dungeon with chilli cheese sauce that arrived without sauce. A pizza that was burned, a döner plate that came with stone-hard pommes and inedible meat and sour tzatziki. Extra sauces for which I paid have not arrived. Last time in my life, I've been ordering there. I'd rather eat raw noodles from a supermarket.
