this is, and has long been, our place for great home pizza. my brother-in-law hates garlic (so he never gets anything on his,) but for me they stack it well for my own pizza. they make it fast, fresh and order. the salads are also very good, I usually get the thunfish. do I go back? Of course, maybe even tonit.

"Wer spanische Küche und das entsprechende Ambiente mag, ist hier richtig. Tolle Einrichtung, ok stellenweise ein bißchen eng, schneller und sehr zuvorkommender Service, coole Bar und last but not least leckeres Essen. In einer Tapas- Bar sind natürlich tapas Pflicht, die sehr vielfältig sind. Normalerweise nimmt man mindestens 2..das macht schon satt. Ein kleiner Salat schadet dann auch nicht....war auch total lecker! Als einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich anzumerken, dass die Wegstrecke vom Bahnhof zwar sehr kurz ist (und daher ideal für die, die ihr Auto mal stehen lassen wollen),aber die Beleuchtung fehlt. Muss kein Halogenscheinwerfer sein, aber vielleicht gibt es da eine Lösung mit Solarlämpchen oder Mini-Laternen....abends ist das eine richtig dunkle Ecke und für uns Frauen ein eher beklemmendes Gefühl, da allein zu später Stunde zu Bus oder Bahn zu laufen."

"Came to dinner here with my German colleagues. The parking on the street was ok. The entry ti the restaurant was interesting. Up the stairs to the inside that had many interesting decorations. To the back to a table for five. We waiter gave us the specials. Mussels, spare ribs and a suckling park dish. I opted for the pumpkin soup. My colleagues had calamari and escargot. Everyone enjoyed. For the main, I followed a colleagues recommendation and had the kinder Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Champignon-Rahm Sauce. The portion was still ample!! The taste was heaven!! It brought very fond memories of a restaurant in Cleveland called Sutters which sadly closed years ago. In any case, this schnitzel was excellent!!! The server had quite a sense of humor! I paid for the dinner. Upon leaving with my four male colleagues the waiter says, she bought the dinner so she didn't have to cook. Lol! Of course. I just responded. True. Plus I couldn't make schnitzel that delicious. ! It was a nice evening and great meal. Will love to return if in the area again."

"Wir waren zweimal kurz hintereinander in diesem wundervollen spanischen Restaurant. Alles passte: das historische Ambiente, der aufmerksame, sehr freundliche Service und vor allem das tolle spanische Essen. Neben der sehr gut zusammengestellten Vorspeisenplatte können wir vor allem die Schweinefilets als auch das Rumpsteak vom Grill sehr empfehlen. Beide Fleischsorten waren zart, perfekt gebraten und gewürzt.Wir haben lange kein so gutes Fleisch gegessen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Auch der spanische Rotwein passte perfekt zum Essen. Eine leckere Crema Catalana rundete den perfekten Abend an. Vielen Dank!"

"I turned up at the Wirtshaus at 7.30 on a Friday evening with my wife and daughter, with no reservation. The place was buzzing and busy but we were found a table near the bar and given menus straight away. My response to the question...about drinks made it clear my German was limited and the friendly waitress immediately came back with a copy of the menu in English. Food and drink prices seemed very reasonable with a good range of both. We ordered our drinks and they came with the accompaniment of bread and sour cream spread? The watchful waitress, checked pretty much the instant my glass was empty if I needed a refill and this continued through our stay. Our food when it came was in generous portions and very tasty and the restaurant remained busy throughout our stay, clearly popular with locals as although we had only been in the town 2 days we saw people from local businesses there who we recognised. Though the restaurant was busy, the staff remained friendly and cheerful and added to the friendly atmosphere of this popular institution,we would love to go back."

"Ich war früher häufiger in der Mittagspause dort. Damals allerdings noch an der alten Adresse, als es eher ein Imbiss war. Schon damals hat es mir dort gut geschmeckt, aber nun war ich erstmals an der neuen Adresse.Ich muss sagen, dass sich der Imbiss zu einem wirklich angenehmen und gemütlichen Restaurant gewandelt hat. Das Essen ist hochwertig und die Auswahl recht breit. Das Essen wird meist in einem separaten Topf serviert, aus dem man sich bedient. Das Essen wird dabei von unten gewärmt und wir nicht kalt.Eine Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und können gut deutsch.Im Sommer kann man auch im Biergarten sitzen und das Wetter genießen. Auch größere Feiern kann man dort ausrichten. 40-50 Personen sollte man locker unterbringen."
