"absolutely best restaurant in balve. here is small and fine quite large! chic ambiente with many real wood applications on tables, treses and floor. if the restaurant were on a holiday hotspot, you could not save yourself from guests there. Black/white pictures with sophia loren and other stars on the walls. it was only missing farandel and de niro at red/white carded tablecloths. the caprone was a bit like don corleone. pizzen with thin floor, fresh vegetables and real ham. the pasta al forno is served classically with boiled and cream sauce. this is all just a taste but so many likes a ' pizza provider served only with cheaper tomato sauce! here the host knows so much that the customer is not placed a spoon on the side at three times pasta. personal in all matters totally authentic!"
