"We ran into that restaurant by accident during rain, and we were very pleased there wasn´t many traditional German meals, but rather Italian. We had spaghetti and gnocchi, which was super-cheap for location, service, atmosphere, food itself (around euros). Meal was fresh and...tasty, portion was big. We decided to have dessert, which we shared. We couldn´t finish it. Definitely worth a visit, if I´m around, I will come back. over, waiter was very very nice and sympathetic, we left there big tip. Possible to pay by card"

"Eines der besten Restaurants im Umkreis. Sehr leckeres Essen und großartiger Service. Tolle Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen und auch immer ein veganes Gericht im Angebot. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass auch die fleischlosen Angebote je nach Saison wechseln. Es gibt nicht nur die obligatorischen Käsespätzle, sondern auch etwas Ausgefalleneres wie z.B. Sautierte Artischocke und weiße Tomaten-Hafermilch-Sauce, Rauchmandel und Kirschen, eingelegte Steinchampignons und Zucchinigemüse, gebackene Polenta-Bällchen . Daumen hoch und unbedingt probieren."

"Though this might be the first review I ever write on this site, it is not the first I read. As it so happened, I had some time to kill before boarding my next train, so I decided eating something would be a good Idea. After checking up online, I ended up picking this place, based on the positive reviews it had, even though I had to walk for 15 minutes to get there. Oh boy, was that a mistake.. After walking over there, I ended up in front of a closed door. Inside there were people eating, all of who seemed like they worked there, sharing a big table in the middle. It took them 30 seconds, althiugh I was acknowledged right away, to point at the other door, which as it appeared, was the main entrance. All I got up to this point were empty stares. As soon as I got in and ordered the "Yufka Special", I asked for the restroom (all in perfect german), but all I got was a mumbled "Hier, kein Klo", meaning it was all again in vain. The Yufka used a pre made store-bought bread, which was kind of surprising. For 5€ one would expect they'd make it themselves. The meat tasted alright, so did the vegetables, the sauce was way too thick and fat, almost mayonnaise-like. The "special" part I had payed extra for appeared to be 2 tiny slices of cheese, which to me was a joke. The size of the whole thing was sufficient at best, more like "I could have gotten another one, but thank God I didn't." All in all: Awful customer service, overpriced, small portions and no restroom. Never again. Bear in mind I registered to only write that review. So gigantic was my disappointment. Disclaimer: I have visited "döner-shops" in every major city in Germany, as well as in a broad range of countries all around Europe."

"Leckeres Buffet für Familienfeier Das Asia Gourmet in Herrenberg wird seit vielen Jahre mit viel Liebe von einem netten vietnamesischen Ehepaar betrieben. Wir essen dort immer wieder gerne und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Mein Lieblingsgericht ist gebratene Ente in Curry-Sauce mit Kokosmilch. Meine Frau entscheidet sich oft für Tofu mit Gemüse. Daher haben wir auch nicht gezögert, beim Asia Gourmet Essen für eine Familienfeier mit 20 Personen zu bestellen. Das Paar hat uns empfohlen, verschiedene Fleischsorten und verschiedene Saucen mit Gemüse auszuwählen, die unsere Gäste nach Belieben kombinieren können. Dazu Frühlingsrollen, weißer Reis, gebratener Reis und gebratene Nudeln. Wir haben dann alles in zwei Warmhaltewannen mit getrennten Behältern für Fleisch und Saucen abgeholt. Brennpastenbehälter und Brennpaste waren auch gleich dabei. Zuhause mussten wir nur die Warmhaltewannen mit heißem Wasser auffüllen und die Brennpaste anzünden und schon war alles fertig! Unsere Gäste waren begeistert."

"Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen und sind ganz besonders freundlich und herzlich bedient worden! Die Portionen sind groß und richtig lecker! Das Restaurant kenne ich noch aus meiner Kindheit. Das große Aquarium gibt es nicht mehr. ; Man sitzt dort sehr gemütlich und spürt sofort die Gastfreundschaft und deren Herzlichkeit. Vielen Dank für alles!"
