"Molino offers a decent selection of vegan pasta, pizza and starters. We really liked the spaghetti napoli and penne all'arrabiata, which in our case were perfectly al dente. The pizza marinara is very spartan, though, and even a veganized pizza vegetariana (just omit mozzarella) is not that great. Verdure al forno are more of a starter. Overall, price/performace is in the green, especially in the pasta department. This specific outlet is in very nice surroundings in the old town and has freshly renovated well made interiors. But it was very good. The only thing that wasn't delicious was the truffle that I ordered extra. It did not have a lot of flavour.

I had asked without salt the ragout was very salty I couldn't eat it so I know it wasn't freshly prepared I had 29 fr paid much too expensive for something you couldn't eat and was not fresh

the consumption was actually more than the proportion with the ravioli for chf 24.00 was very small and must be regarded as an appetizer. the pizzas were good of taste, but unfortunately all cold.

I can recommend this restaurant very much. the pizzas are the hammer. in the service is nothing but we noticed 3 waiters on each visit: Push,Tobi and elida. they have always served us very polite and friendly. we have always got top places even if the restaurant was full. I am happy to eat in this restaurant
