"Since there is the Portofino in Amberg, we have been eating several times a year and have always been satisfied. Last time we visited Portofino in early January 2020. This time, both the service and the pizzas read to wizard. The boss served himself, seemed totally muffy, stressed and energized. When we got the pizzas, they looked like always, but didn't really taste. In the middle, the dough was still soaky that you could hardly cut it. We were four and all had the same problem. In future we will steal another pizzeria in Amberg."

Gerne wieder! Freundliche Bedienung. Köstliche Pizza und gemütliches Sitzen. Leider ist der Verkehr von der nahen Hauptstrasse manchmal störend.

Geschmacklich war meine vegetarische Pizza gut, nur satt wurde ich nicht. Teig war so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden, und der Belag eher mäßig. Der Service war ok.

Wir waren zu zweit. Die Pizza schmeckte nach Fertigteig und versank in viel zu viel Käse. Die Spagetti Frutti di mare waren nicht mehr al dente und versanken in einem riesigen Ölbad. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und professionell. Der Typ der so abwechselnd am Tresen oder vor der Tür rum hing war wohl der Security Mann. Hoffentlich nicht der Chef. Da muß man nicht nochmal rein. War früher mal besser. Sorry
