"I just got coffee and croasant from this place. I never feel so humiliated like now over there. The older guy asked me 2 time do I want take away or in side drink. I answered 2 time take away. And he just didn 't listen. He was doing everything except listening what I am ordering and telling. And he start shouting on me I don 't need attitude like this . When he asked me do you want a bag I told him No thanks! and he still start to put my stuff in the bag. I don 't know what is wrong with that man. He don 't hear people or he just don 't listen. But shouting on people is unexpected."

Ordered a cold drink and the guy spilled ice on the dirty counter and just chucked it straight back in my drink, meaning I had to waste the whole thing and put it down the drain, makes me question the hygiene of the entire place.

Went in today to get a cup of tea it wasn't until after I ordered and I got some money out to pay because my bank card was taken the cashier had told me we do not accept cash it's card only. You should put a notice up or tell the customer before they order . I will no longer be going back into this pretty.
