"Because the restaurant of our choice was full, we ended up here. Lucky but, afterwards. It was delicious! The coquilles were more than delightful: It's handsome from the outside, soft on the inside. The garlic shrimp was also very delicious, but it was pretty greasy! When I said some of that, the answer was they weren't fat because olive oil was used. Well, maybe a little less unhealthy, but not less fat! My husband had the duck delivery with applesaus and handsome onions. to lick your fingers off! Also his redable filet was just right! Nice fries and a little boring salad. If together a nice night, not in the last place by the raft, a very nice service."

"Buongiorno! Buon Appetito in Emmerich-Elten. Unbelievable that we found this little gem of a great Italian restaurant. It feels like a cozy atmosphere and the restaurant is really ran by a true Italian family. We have ordered a mini pizza Hawaii for our daughter, furthermore...a Tagliatelle Salmone and a Spagetti Frutti di Mare. The pasta’s taste freshly made, the spaghetti was more like spaghettini and really delicious, like the spaghettini the tagliatelle were both cooked al dente. The sauces combined in the pastas were surprisingly terrific and the pizza dough freshly tossed as a thin real Italian bottom. You could really taste the freshness. Thumbs up! Truly wonderful!!! Seeing some bad reviews about the service and the hospitality, I really doubt that reviewing people really came here for dinner and just gave a bad review as they cannot stand having a great restaurant around them in The Greater Emmerich. We can really say that the service has been truely excellent and we were delighted to have our dinner here. It is extremely child friendly, great staff and very friendly and helpful. We had some true Sicilian drinks combined with our meal. We will come again for sure and highly recommend this restaurant. One of the true and authentic Italians we have ever been in Germany. So when you are around Emmerich, don’t forget to visit this gem in the Elten village! Affordable and a real Italian Pizzeria-Tratoria! By the way they speak, Dutch, German, English and Italian. Ciao Ciao!!! Arrividerci!!!"

"Visited here with our friends, whom we had not seen for more than 10 years, for a special merger. From the beginning the owner seemed unfriendly and their service knowledge was bad! Nevertheless, the food was good and we enjoyed our evening until it came... to set up the bill!! She said she could only accept EC payment cards from German banks. We only had Visa and MasterCard and not enough cash. She told us that the money lasted long to reach her business account, and rudely pointed out that she would dictate what we paid and if she could wash us in the kitchen. After all, she gave up and accepted MasterCard. I've never met so rude in a restaurant before. It's not a cheap restaurant either. Would definitely not return. Tourists are warned!!"

"Geschäftlich viel in Elten und Emmerich unterwegs wollten wir es auch einmal hier hinsichtlich Essen versuchen. Bereits am Eingang wurden wir schräg angeschaut (Laden war schon recht voll und neue Gäste wohl eher unwillkommen), als wir dann an einem der freien hinteren Tische platznehmen wollten, war dies anscheinend störend für den Personaldurchgang oder was auch immer, bevor man uns dann nicht nur äußerst unfreundlich anschaute sondern noch auf uns losging haben wir lieber schleunigst dieses "Lokal" verlassen. Was für ein alptraumhaftes Erlebnis, SO geht Gastronomie sicher nicht, wer einen netten Abend genießen will sollte dieses Haus meiden ! Geärgert über diese "netten" Gastgeber haben wir uns noch lange danach..."
