Red Chilli Indian - Menu

Food was of average quality. Starter was average onion bhaji too stodgy in middle. (To much garam flour) Main again just average. The price of soft drinks is stupid!! £4.50 for 1/2 lime soda !!!! When challenged them on drinks prices they just laughed. Overall experience poor and won't return

Have been visiting for many years with my family and the food is always great and service really friendly. We have a mixture of tastes in the family (some like things hot and spicy, others not so much) and red chilli always pleases everyone. The special banquet nights are amazing value for money but even without these prices are reasonable and the food is great.

After reading other reviews we thought we give this restaurant a go. We were not disappointed. Close to our hotel which was also a bonus. Welcome very good and service excellent throughout our visit. Food and variety brilliant, spoilt for choice however we went for a few specialties on menu. One of the best Indian restaurants we have visited. You won’t be disappointed

What has happened? Been a customer of Red Chillies almost since it opened. Used to be the best Indian in the area by a long way. Things have been slipping for a while but my recent visit will be the last. A chilly almost empty restaurant, surly, quite unpleasant waiter, long wait for food which was more sauce than meat, tried to order another drink but waiters pretended not to notice Very sad.

Just had a takeaway delivery from Red Chilli, Luton. Telephoned it through really easily, quoted 50 mins, actually took just over 60 (wasn’t in a rush), delivery driver great as we’re dealing with Covid19, knocked door left delivery. All good. Food was really good, hot and fresh , and so delicious. Thankyou Red Chilli, for great service and great food. Keep up the good work and keep safe. Thankyou for making our day brighter.

Service was outstanding,very welcoming... Made us feel at home, especially when they brought the candle out for a romantic date night, had the special banquet on a Sunday for £11.95,bargain must I add, I had the bagala chicken for starters, and a n chicken naga for main, very hot but I love hot food, but what a taste sensation My partner in crime had the shami kebab for starter,Great tasting too Finished it if with a mixed grill(benny Hill) Unbelievable!! Must go here... Boss Indian restaurant that I've been too.. 5 stars with out doubt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly if you are looking at reviews and think I’ll give it a try DO NOT!!!! The worst food I have ever eaten. Delivery time was 1 hour 10 mins (that’s fine considering it was Saturday and probably busy) however once food arrived every single item was freezing cold. We called to get a refund and they said they didn’t believe me (first time ordering) why would I lie ?? Told me they would call me back later as they are busy but not to busy to take the payment over the phone when ordering?? Honestly would never order from here again and the customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INDIAN TAKEAWAY!!!

Restaurant serving very good food and have a big range of meals but service is horrible. Booked a table and get a flat coca cola so we have asked waiter for a coke from the glass bottles, he came with the same drinks which tasted like a coloured sparkling water so we have asked waiter again and he said it is from the bottle which was a lie, he took drinks in very rude manner. This should really be a 5 star review but due to staff not adhering to covid rules it has to be a 3. The quality of food saved it from being a 1. Staff started off with the masks on but shortly after opening they either had the masks on with their nose exposed, hanging from their chins leaving the mouth exposed as well or just hanging around their necks. I did remind them about this and one look shocked and another pulled it up then as he walked away pulled it straight back down.
