Hearthy meal with soul and substance. Homemade soups for a rainy day and genuine greek souvlaki, gyros, pitas and tzaziki. Lovely and heartwarm hosts and a warm atmosphere. Better greek food is rarely seen outside of Greece. High recommendations! Visualizza piatti

We were on holiday in Bad Harzburg at the end of August and, on turning up at only we were lucky to get one of the last tables, as most were already booked. There were plenty of tables outside so not such a...problem for lunches but it would be advisable to book for an evening meal, if during the tourist season/holidays. The menu was extensive, with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians. There were plenty of authentic dishes to choose from too such as moussaka, pastichio, souvlakia, gyros, kalamari, etc. Portion sizes were large and we probably wouldn't bother with a starter if we came again. For main courses I had the moussaka and my husband had one of the meat platters. Both...

My wife and I tried to get in on a Sunday evening, early, but not a chance. The brushoff was kind of brusk, which is why I am only giving stars. But there is a reason why you need a reservation, the food and...service are really good. This time we made reservations for early on a Saturday evening. And, yes, they turned away a lot of people without reservations. We went to the restaurant hungry and could not possibly finish all the food presented. Just full disclosure. German portions than Greek. We started with tzatziki, just since we had not had fresh fzatziki in a long time, and it did not disappoint. I may never be able to eat premade fzatziki again.
