"This beautiful little restaurant in Goult is a hidden gem. We were so happy we had made reservations. It is located on a small side street and we were able to eat outside last week. The experience was fantastic. The service was on-point, not too rushed or slow. The proprietor stays very busy with host duties and as wine sommelier, and spends a fair amount of time telling people there is no room at the restaurant for drop-ins, so make reservations. You'll be so happy that you did. The poulet with langoustines, zucchini flowers stuffed with mushrooms was delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband loved the free-range grilled veal chop with eggplant cannelloni with parmesan. The menu is limited but both entrees were some our favorite meals we had while traveling in Provence."

A pleasure! The dishes of great flavour and exemplary quality, a charming setting, a very friendly chef and a generous chef who loves his profession. You will feel immediately welcome in this small family-run restaurant and best book for the next time, as the restaurant is fully booked every evening! In the Bartavelle, Provence is served on the plate, all the flavors of this landmark are combined in every single dish without being crowned.
