So, that's right. here you can eat German. an extensive carving card, some fish dishes, salads and presuppies....and of course dessert.The choice is much on kartoffel soup with pfifferlingen. so must be soup, creamy, slightly thickened, tastefully balanced and with pfifferlings. Conclusion: successful main food: rippchen and schnitzel. the ripple portion can be seen. tasty and cross. optionally supplement. the shnitzel cross and brown in the pan fried and finally not frit. good panade and no half kuh in the mouth. so is Schnitzel.
