"we were in the Rhine again for the first time. the renovation inside and outside has done the restaurant very well if it is also predominantly a few cosmetic repairs. the tables are still very small for 4 people. the card sounded promising for us first. for every taste is something: grill plate, zander, muscheln, burger, schnitzel, rumpsteak. the prices are raised (grill plate 22,00 €) and the expectations on our part were accordingly. unfortunately we were all disappointed. parts of the meat on the grill plate were tough (smoothing;) all the pommes were rough and had an unpleasant fat taste, the supplemental salads consisted of a few small lollo salads and a coffee spoon full of mais, kidney beans and carrot salads and 2 small tomate; the zander was plentiful and also beautifully glassy, but the lemon sauce was a thick, definitiw not after lemon tasting, unpleasant pamp. the same pamper, but with not dissolved cheese, was then also on the cheese carving (both, looked like mould meat). the cutenschnitzel was o.k., but the pommes and the salat were also not. the appetizers (baked cheese, tomato soup, broccoli soup) tasted good and were plentiful. Overall, this was a disappointing adventssonntag for us. We won't eat here anymore. I'll have a drink outside in the summer and watch the ships. Pity!"

we were here on 20 november at 16:00 clock. had actually only to stop on a beer to look at the redesigned restaurant. we were pleasantly surprised by the ambiente and the friendliness of the staff and then also ate something. eating was good and appealing, the price-performance ratio is great!We will come back definitiw.
