"Ich wollte gestern kurzfristig in der Fischerhütte etwas essen. Leider war schon kurz nach 19 Uhr die Küche geschlossen. Die Terrasse saß noch voll, also haben wir nur etwas getrunken. Speisekarte auf der Homepage und im Lokal sind von den Preisen her komplett unterschiedlich, Homepage sollte mal bearbeitet werden, da die Preise hier deutlich günstiger angegeben werden wie vor Ort Bsp. Rumpsteak 19,90 Euro gegenüber 27,90 vor Ort. Wir werden es demnächst noch einmal versuchen, vielleicht dann mit mehr Erfolg Update: Wir haben bei unserem zweiten Besuch, trotz voller Terrasse dieses Mal auch etwas zu Essen bekommen. Für die Anzahl der Gäste vor Ort, ging es wirklich recht schnell. Beide Pizzen war geschmacklich gut. 2. Update wir waren jetzt mehrfach vor Ort. Es war immer gut besucht, trotz allem waren die Essen bei jedem Besuch recht schnell fertig. Pizzen sind absolut empfehlenswert"

"I can fully agree with the positive opinions on the kindness of the staff! I do not share the positive opinions on the price, leaks and selection of the food. I find 11,50€ for a simply prepared head salad with falafel: too expensive.Sharfes Curry at the excavator lake in summer drives me the sweat beads on my forehead when reading. And here you can of course also have bad luck and there is no flame cake on the much advertised DJ evening. Then you will be kindly comforted until the kitchen ends at 21:00 rigorous. Or the pommes are so salty that you order a cool wheat directly. But I must admit that I am something emotional and prestressed here. For more than 30 years, we have been in this magnificent place every year.Yes, I live after old times with chills with quarts, sheep cheeses, tapas, nachos with cheese, garlic bread, a few olives and yes, sometimes chickens on the salad or ‘ne Currywurst (in person no friend of the sausage salad ; I also like to think back on them. They made the evenings even more beautiful. At the end of 2015, we demonstrated passion for the preservation of the kiosk(!) so that I belong more to the old clientele and not to the new target group. Perhaps after this year's construction measures it will be cozy again next year on the meadow. But at home or, for example, at the Speyer industrial farm it is vegetarian or not ... depending on the mood."

"We used to be very good Italian food. The card is very extensive and therefore has a lot of choice. To date, pizzas, pasta, salads or various appetizers have always tasted very well. The portions are appropriate. Until now, we have never been hungry. Price performance is full. What is absolutely glorious, the huge hall. There is no ceiling, you can see up to the beams of the roof, the old wooden floor gives an unpaid flair. Who wants to enjoy its meals in the conservatory. The operators and the boss are very friendly and always have for a chat. Even a wedding party was not a problem. The boss helped to select the menu after he knew what to imagine. Here as always only top ingredients were selected and served with some extra show. That makes this Ristorante even more recommendable. We always like to come here."

"Eigentlich hätte ich bei der Reservierung schon stutzig werden sollen. Ich wollte über openTable eine Reservierung machen (wie ich es oft tue!). Das Tool funktionierte nicht, also schrieb ich ans Purino eine Email. Als Antwort bekam statt einer Bestätigung: Doch - das tool funktioniert - bei mir geht es auch...Sie haben da was falsch gemacht.....ähm Nein habe ich nicht und selbst wenn - Kundenkommunikation geht anders - das aber nur mal am Rande.Der nette Mann hinter dieser Email war nach einigem hin- und her dann so nett und hat die Reservierung aufgenommen.Vor Ort dann zum Frühstück: Die Getränkebestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und kam auch schnell - und dann sassen wir erstmal eine Stunde ehe überhaupt was passierte. Es kam niemand um eine Reservierung aufzunehmen. Wir haben gewunken, gerufen und sind an den Tresen - man sagte uns es komme jemand und wieder verging einige Zeit. Das Lokal war 1/3 gefüllt. Irgendwann kam eine Servicekraft die sich entschuldigte und uns sagte: sorry, wir hatten heute morgen eine Schulung und danach musste meine Kollegin gleich weg! Irgendwann nach ca. 1,5h fast zur lunchzeit hatten wir dann unser Frühstück. Das war soweit ganz gut und schmackhaft.Das vielfältige, angepriesene selbstgebackene Brot kam dann ebenfalls - allerdings nur eine Sorte - das helle Ciabatta....die Servicekraft sagte dann ungefragt zu uns: sorry wir haben nur noch diese eine Sorte - SIE sind zu spät dran. Wir haben ihr dann erklärt, dass wir schon 1,5 Stunden da sitzen und um 10 Uhr frühstücken wollten und mittlerweile schon fast 12 ist - als Antwort meinte sie dann frech: dann hätten Sie reservieren müssen! Das lass ich jetzt einfach mal so stehen.Fazit: wir kommen nicht wieder. Eine bodenlose Frechheit und ungeschultes Personal. Da gibt es bessere Lokationen im Umkreis."

"If you offer mobile vouchers, you should also know the rules. We were denied a hostage, as we did not specify that we have mobile vouchers when booking by phone. An impossible behavior that is involved in a discussion in the middle of a well-attended restaurant by the service personnel. What is so difficult to understand: On displaying the voucher provider, the voucher user recognizes whether a reservation/termination agreement is desired before using the voucher. In the case of a telephone arrangement, however, the voucher user does not have to inform that he has a voucher and the voucher provider may not ask for it."
