As always a warm welcome from bar staff. A lovely friendly pub. Our favourite pub we wish we could move it over the river to the Isle of Dogs so it was even nearer to us.

Levi. You have me a gold star and you deserved one. Thank you for being the best host. The food was gorgeous and the atmosphere wonderful. Thank you for looking after us so well.

I love this friendly pub with very nice staff, great range of food drinks and events and lovely garden. Maybe just more questions on things I know about in the pub quiz so I don’t keep coming last. Books and musicals should do it Visualizza piatti

We popped in for a couple of drinks not intending to stay long and ordered Espresso Martinis. They were amazing so we stayed for more! We were served by Jess who is really friendly and welcoming. She can make any cocktail you want so we will be returning over the Christmas period to sample more!

Visited this pub yesterday evening for some festive drinks. Exceptional service from Jess who made our cocktails for the entire evening. The cocktails were delicious and she accommodated the Xmas theme with some creative tastes!! The cocktails arrived promptly as we ordered in advance to ensure the evening did not end up going dry!

I'd like to say the best pub in Greenwich, but I certainly can't argue with the view of the “Trafalgar Tavern”. Anyway this pub has a fantastic garden, a special Sunday roast but even better is their service. Congratulations to the General Manager who carries out his work in a professional manner and manages to make every customer happy. Obviously congratulations also to all the rest of the team. Starters were disappointing ketchup used on prawn cocktail steak dinner with double cooked chips came out with oven fries deserts bread and butter pudding came out solid and sticky toffee pudding was very burnt didn’t taste of toffee at all will not recommend it we will not be visiting again battered fish had no taste lots of money very poor food My first visit over two years was good so I can honestly say the was very poor

This is our local pub and the food is consistently excellent. Staff are attentive, friendly and professional and there’s a very good selection of wines, etc. The pub has a mix of the original building and the more modern part at the rear and both are equally as cosy. The garden is lovely in the summer and we often try to go once a week for lunch there as a Friday treat. I’ve lived near plenty of other pubs in London and never rated the food but Richard 1st stands out. The best chips ever my little boy loves them(! . A brilliant local where everything is done to a very high standard.

I’m a professional woman of colour in my fifties fighting cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. During October I decided to go to this local pub for a quiet drink with my small dog. After ordering my drink at the bar, a man and woman started to verbally abuse me. The attack was completely unprovoked. The verbal abuse continued throughout my drink being made, whilst I was sat at a table. I was so scared, I didn’t get up to get my drink because I didn’t want to walk past the man and woman abusing me. The man called me a “b*tch” and a “c*nt” and the abuse continued until they left.
