I lived in New Ulm 1969-71. San Remo was our go-to place. Glad to see that it is still in business.

Eating in San Remo is like a short trip to Sardinia. The ambience, the super delicious food thanks to Mama, the excellent wines and the great and funny conversations with Luca and Pierre are an absolute must. We are looking forward to our next short trip....

We ate a pizza and the rosette oven dish here for lunch. While the rosette was very delicious, it wasn't as filling as I'd hoped, so I had to beg for some pizza from my partner. They have nice cool beers here and the terrace has shadow in summer. I'd eat here again but I'd get something that's appropriately sized to my appetite.

I would give more than 3 stars to eat. It was okay, but nothing special. pasta had a little cleaned and therefore almost a little dry. pizza was good, but also not stunning. but it tasted. service was too friendly and you could sit comfortably outside. inner ambiente is beautiful and a bit rustic. Moreover, it is necessary to highlight the really good and in comparison to surrounding restaurants low prices. I'd go back to the hotel.
