"The location is beautiful, by the lake in a quiet, relaxed and classy atmosphere and the food is good. And that 's about it. From the beginning the personnel, even though polite, had a very unfriendly, stiff attitude. We had to ask several times before we could order a drink and when the waitress finally came, her first question was about Mineral water, did we prefer flat or sparkling water; not if we cared for a Cocktail. Once the drinks were served and we were starting to relax the Appetizers were served. Just in the middle of it. Hot Appetizers. Perfect timing. We obviously sent the dishes back. And that was the last we saw of the waitress and the hostess. We suddenly realized that it was going to be a long wait for the Main Course. And right we were. It took 40 minutes to finally see a sad faced waiter bring the Fiorentina . In spite of it, the meat was good, cooked as it should be. And, again, I had to ask for the wine to be served. There is a good choice of wines and the Amarone we picked turned out to be a perfect pairing. Prices are on the high side considering that the service was way below par. In conclusion, youth, good looks and strong perfume, too strong so to overcome the scent of food, do not make up for lack of professionalism and class. Maybe the Management should be more careful when hiring employees and look for experience, efficiency and savoir faire. And a smile."

The gourmet menu was delicious and exciting. A mixture of flavors and textures very stimulant and comforting at the same time. And the service was outstanding.

Dopo vari tentativi ho trovato un tavolo. Location molto elegante, sul lago. Bravissimo il personale. Cibo ottimo, abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione. Prezzi alti ma giustificati

Abbiamo cenato qui alcune volte durante il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Bellariva. Il cibo e l'atmosfera erano molto buoni e il servizio, sebbene un po' rigido, era molto professionale.

The restaurant is located inside the Hotel and it's name is not visible from the outside. Nice view on the lake, large choice, discret and efficient service. Large choice of good local wines. Excellent food even for the most simple dishes.

Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario in questo incantevole ristorante sul lago. Il cibo era delizioso, abbiamo provato il rombo con fiore di zucca e la bistecca di manzo. Consigliamo vivamente il gelato fatto in casa come dessert. La prossima volta pensiamo di soggiornare all'hotel, la struttura è assolutamente bellissima.

We booked ahead but didn’t seem like there was much need too except to get a nice table. The service was without a doubt top class, very friendly not pushy but willing to suggest a nice wine. We had the fish set menu and the meat set menu. Both where lovely with the piece de resistance being the desserts. And beautiful soft doughy pastry with the most beautiful coffee cream mmmmmmmm could go there again just for that.

Molte cose positive da dire ma non era eccezionale. Vista e spazio bellissimi. Il menu era interessante con buone opzioni e il cibo era molto buono. Tuttavia, il personale era vestito casualmente con una certa coerenza ma comunque un po' disordinato. Anche la musica era un misto di vecchie canzoni, Mo town e poi si è stabilizzata con una musica rilassante per una piacevole cena. Sembra che ci sia stata l'intenzione di renderlo "cool" da parte del personale, ma è mancata di parecchio. La musica proveniva da un unico altoparlante centrale. We went for dinner as a family to this touted restaurant where we were staying in Gardone. The best way to describe it was uneven the service, and the food was at some points excellent, and at others poor. The setting is wonderful lakeside on a grassy terrace with tasteful lighting. The first course was unanimously acclaimed. But there was mixed opinion on entrees the fillet my son had was exquisite, but both the Fiorentina and the Tomahawk were undercooked the former to the point of being practically raw.
