Absolutely terrible service! Wait staff will ignore you, especially at a restaurant that they clearly know whether you want food or not. Not only did we have issues but watched as other customers were passed over by the staff. For the cost, save your money and find a better place to spend your money. Manager at the restaurant would rather argue and debate than be a good representative of this establishment. This is a definite PASS!

Excellent experience! I really enjoyed my meal. If you're a meat lover, this is definitely the place to be. They offer a wide range of options, including lamb chops, picanha, sirloin, wings, ribs, chicken hearts, vegetables, breads, and more. The restaurant is quite busy, but the food is served promptly. I recommend making a reservation—it's best to do it through Google, as you may face a fee for no-shows otherwise. Keep in mind that gratuity is included in your bill. Overall, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

Stopped by after a long day working a conference, and I really wish I hadn't. The sides were all room temperature, nothing was hot or cold. I'm guessing it had sat out for an extensive amount of time. I did not have a single piece of meat that was enjoyable. Everything was dry/over cooked and doused in salt. We literally saw the server pour unbelievable amounts of salt while bringing back each piece of meat. I really wish I didn't eat tonight. Hopefully I won't be sick tomorrow! Update: my friend got food poisoning from this place. Lucky I did not. Do not eat here.

We were in the O2 stadium for Barclays ATP finals... went there around 5pm and still there was no place to sit... so we waited at the bar... ordered Caipirinha (strong Brazilian drink ... then we moved on to our table near the bar grill... there are 2 options for food: 1 prime cut bbq meats for gbp 23.50 and 2 vegeterian gbp 18... they keep bringing u endless supplies of bbq meats/vegetables... and also included is a huge salad bar with pasta and other dishes.. we opted for choice 1... food was great but a lil salty.. i guess that's how it's supposed to be ... i m sure we added an inch or 2 to our waist : staff was friendly and attentive... would certainly go again whenever i m in london...

If you want an average Brazilian steakhouse experience, this is the place for you. The salad bar options were meh at best. I had some plain white rice, and it truthfully tasted as if the water it cooked it had some type of chemical in it. The meat was decent, some of it was a bit tough. I think my biggest frustrations came from the cutlery and getting the bill. I know the meat SHOULD be tender and easy to cut, but sometimes it wasn't, and having a mildly serrated butter knife to use really didn't help. I had an amazing first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. Once seated, you're given a round card with red on one side, indicating "stop," and green on the other, meaning "go." When your card is flipped to green, the servers know it’s time to bring meat to your table. They offer a selection of meats including lamb, chicken, and beef, and you can also help yourself to the impressive salad bar. First impressions of this restaurant is that of a second rate half board hotel canteen. The lighting is too bright and the general furnishing could do with some varnish. We were explained the method of ordering which I still wasn't too sure about after the second time of explaining. There was a buffet selection of food which didn't look at all appetising. I settled for some lasagne. As you eat you are presented with meats on a skewer. I had a sausage that was so bitter it was inedible and not cooked through properly. All the occasions I have been here happens to be when someone has a groupon voucher deal, where you get a slight discount and a free cocktail. Rodizio is essentially a meat haven for all those big meat lovers out there, but I guess after the first few times, even myself a once supreme meat eater felt I would rather prefer quality over quantity. An amazing authentic Brazilian buffet style restaurant down entertainment avenue at the O2. The price per person for the food menu excluding drinks and dessert is £22 for meat, £18 for vegetarian, £12.50 for children (5 12yrs) and children under 5 are free. Passadors come to the table with an extensive range of different meats, like rump beef, pork, chicken thighs and chicken wrapped in bacon.
