"It used to be good but it was a real disappointment this time. The tandoori chicken did Not have any chargrill flavour, poppadom was not fresh and crunchy, it didn't come with any dips,chutney at all. The biryani was 100% let down, flavourless and tasteless. We recently had a fantastic meal at Hatfield's Roti House. Both of us found it to be a hidden gem, with delicious food and incredibly friendly service. The menu may be simple, but everything we ordered was excellent and we will definitely be coming back.

I ordered takeaway for 5 people. I was told 45 minutes and it arrive 90 minutes later. The bill was £92.50 and the food was not edible. The management refused to refund.
