a restaurant with a pleasant setting, inside and also on the small terrace. Friendly welcome, attentive and professional service. We eat very good things too, which is good for a restaurant. the best value for money I know in wissembourg and in the surroundings.

we were a great attachment and had chosen our menus before our arrival.Plats: delicious. In the entrance, I recommend the shrimp skewer and scallop nuts and in the main dish the iberian feather (new for me)Home: warm frame: alsatian but rather "chic alsatian". clean toilet but too kitsch. (for me, at the same time. I didn't sneeze in it):-)

First I time eating here as I am traveling. However I wish this wonderful restaurant was in my hometown in California. I would be there every week no matter how far the drive. Actually the table of four next to me were from Stuttgart, which...is 155 kL, about 1 hour 30 minutes away and these people are regulars! All I can say is “YOU MUST EAT HERE”. Period. This is one of the best meals I have had. Had the pâté à l'oie, duck à l'orange, chocolate mousse for dessert. I cannot think of a single thing to criticize, the food was simply phenomenal. I left with a full stomach, totally satisfied, as...did the other 3 people with me. We kept talking about it for days. Furthermore the waitress and the owner were lovely, you could tell they take great pride in the quality of the food they serve.

Quality of meal and service was outstanding. This restaurant apparently gets few Americans, so we were assigned the waitress who speaks passable English. The room was beautiful, the food and wine were delicious. This is a very elegant restaurant, but the wait staff was gracious...and not stuffy at all. The owner visited our tale twice to make sure we were satisfied with our meal, and recommended some of her favorite wine merchants on the Wine Road outside of Colmar. Probably the best meal of our France trip.

Perfect evening with family. The food was excellent, service perfect and the accommodation beautiful. As starter I had warm foie gras on a bed of apples, main dish was turbot with cremant sauce and I finished with an espresso with 3 small desserts. The dishes...of the rest of the family members were very good too. Only a single dish, the starter with raw salmon recieved minor negative remarks. The vinaigrette was too tasty for the very mild salmon. The price of the dishes is a little bit higher than the average, but certainly in good relation to the quality.
