Great range of food options on the menus (adults and children’s). We held...our daughters christening party here at the weekend and organising from start to finish was so easy and everything we requested was perfect, we opted for the afternoon tea package and the staff also included a children's buffet and had a dietary requirement and an allergy to work around. So many of our guests commented on how much they’d enjoyed the food and would be back to visit again soon (as will we as this is such a lovely place"

always wonderful eating in the royal oak but yesterday was absolutely great! we had the duck special and it was delicious! great pub and great eating every time.

very enjoyed our unplanned visit to lunch! I had the ribeye steak and it was delish! my mother had the smoked Schellfisch special and gave him a solid 9/10! have they already recommended the rest of the family and we will be back!

We went out for a family meal here today after I’d been told what a lovely place it was, we weren’t disappointed, friendly welcome from the staff and all food was cooked fresh, we really enjoyed it. The outdoor seating area looked nice and I’m...already planning to sample a cocktail or two with friends when the warmer weather arrives.

popped in yesterday after meaning to visit for ages and certainly glad we did! Staff lovely and friendly and the meal was spot on, full and varied menu with a specials board too tempting to ignore. This is certainly not going to be our last...visit. roll on summer when we can walk from our village over to The Royal Oak to sample the cocktails

We phoned ask if we had to book (due to covi) the phone was answerd in a very plesent manner, the young girl booked us in for 1 30pm, We arrived early and had a plesent drink in the bar with a couple of locals....We were not rushed and the staff where brillant. We had the Sunday dinner which had a choice of beef/chicken/pork I could not fault the meal at all. To sum up!!!! The Royal Oak Westwood Health/Saftey All rules Followed Staff 100% customer Service, Management 100% Made us welcome Treated as a valued customer even though first visit, Food Complements to the Chef. Visit Again YES! A little Hidden Gem.
