Rubbery chicken, worst fish curry we have ever had with fish that was half cooked, no flavour whatsoever. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Just in the area and gave this place a try. Chicken pakora was poor (dry) with no accompanying dip. Currys were okay but I had 13 pieces of chicken and my wife only had 8. Rice was nice and a good portion. Garlic naan was lovely and soft but needed more garlic. Will give it 1 more try and hopefully they can redeem themselves.

The worst Indian food I ever had. Dry tandoori, sugary paneer makhani and the worst keema naan ever had. When spoke to the chef, he goes this is how we make all these foods and this is what all british people likes to have. Can’t belive his response. He has no regrets whatsoever. Pathetic food. Will never ever order from this restaurant.

Saffron Takeway 21:37 Hi ordered tonight, my chicken tikka massala was terrible the chicken wasnt chicken tikka not marinated just chucked in a tikka sauce, chicken monsorri was watery the rogan josh extra hot was normal, eve n the tarka dahl was tasteless. I understand you was busy but £30 for that comon guys.. where is your care for the food..

Or it’s tough times and businesses are losing money right left and centre. But to close your shop and tell no one, is wrong ESPECIALLY when they are still taking online orders and payment with no refund! Shocking. Such a shame as they are by far the best Indian in Farnborough. However it is not acceptable to take people’s money no refund and no food. How many more have been ripped off..... I wonder! Shocking!

Ordered a takeaway on their website, payment taken and order successful, advised it would be 1 hour. Order never arrived, when called the very rude lady told us that our order had never been submitted. We had a confirmation that the order had been received and payment taken. Been ordering here for a long time. They didn't even offer an apology just shouted down the phone. Spend your money somewhere else, there are better takeaways. Customer service. ZERO!!

On 2nd April I made a £30 online order as it was my husbands birthday and being unable to go out due to lockdown the food was to be delivered. The online site took my order and card payment and stated delivery would be 45 60 minutes. After 90 minutes I telephoned but it just rang out. Eventually we drove there to find a note on the door saying closed until further notice. The line rings out and the online site is now down. Ive emailed 4 times no response. Very disappointed as we always used them but will not again.

We order from Saffron’s for delivery. We ordered our food at 19:15 and 2 hours and 2 phone calls later it finally arrived. I’m sorry to say it was not worth the wait, the food was bland and Luke warm. Very disappointing! The customer service was as bad as the food, when we called to ask where are food was, we got informed that they did not were the driver was or how long our food would be, not even an approximate time could be given. After a second phone call, at nearly 10pm it finally turned up. 70% of the food went in the bin. Even our dogs turned their noses up at it.

Had previously used this takeaway before and they had been great. Ordered a takeaway tonight using their website which is very slow and you would think it wasn’t working properly but miraculously the food arrived a suspiciously rapid 25 minutes later. There was no 10% discount that was advertised on the menu. Delivery woman claimed not to know about any discount. The popadums were stale. No sauces with onion bhaji. Bag of soggy hot lettuce. Chicken nilgiri starter was 4 very salty dyed green lumps of sponge. No mint flavour at all. Chana masala watery and lacking any flavour.
