We’ve been here loads of times and never had an issue! Food is perfect, service is quick and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Worst restaurant ever. 10pm and still not had all the dishes served. The dishes are so bad and the service is rude. Clearly the owner cares only about profit and not quality. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere. Atrocious.

Food was ok, but the customer facing staff need better training on customer interactions as they come across as very rude, it was not a present experience eating there as a result and my guess is that the employees think their behaviour is normal for hospitality venues.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated. No host to be found anywhere. Tried to get the attention of the staff but was ignored. Turned out that a majority of the staff were eating on a table near the door. Very good Chinese food but quite unfriendly staff who seemed put out that we were eating late. Quite expensive but thankfully very tasty and generous portions. A hefty service charge added of 25% was I felt was excessive. The restaurant is outdated and grubby, stained carpets but we gave it a try as it was very late and we needed food, they accommodated our late table, we left well fed. It is disappointing that the staff were not more friendly.

My husband and I visited this place a few times. Obviously, the prices have gone up due to the effect of everything. The food is really good, especially the dim sum. But my goodness, the staff were terrible. No one at the front desk to show us to our table but I can see one of the waiters was daydreaming and not really paying attention to what was happening around him. When we sat down, I asked him about the types of meat and rice and he looked at me as if I should know what was in them. Very unwelcoming.

If I could I would give zero stars. Incredibly racist staff who ended up making my 9 year old niece cry at her own birthday dinner. After being forced to pay for all food upfront, we simply queried about the service charge then added to our additional drinks we wanted to pay for at the end. We still paid for this and as the waiter was getting our payment decided to tell us we would no longer be welcome there as the manager heard us talking about the service charge. When I then told the waiter this was Incredibly inappropriate to do at the table, he didn 't even apologise.
