So I'm done having a table (for several times already finished! But it's here! A welcome up. and the gin apero with these little balls the entries arrive ... foie gras with peaches for me and asparagus gratized to the parmesan for m. I didn't even want to share !!!! very good service. And it's full! No stress we feel comfortable. we continue with a farandole of flavors to go to dessert that has just fallen! shot at the strawberry ... we have had a good time and we will be back!"

"Les Temps Des Mets was a lovely, unexpected surprise for us during our travels, and was by far the best service we had ever received as a large group at a restaurant. The owners wife was a one-woman show, who worked the entire restaurant, exemplifying her skills as a hostess, waitress, wine connoisseur, menu advisor and friend. She was very welcoming, entertaining and very helpful to us while we were there. And the wine she picked out for us was delicious. (She even helped us hail our Ubers at the end of the night, since all of us enjoyed a quite a bit of wine and could barely speak French).In addition to some of the best service we have ever received, the chef at Les Temps Des Mets is absolutely brilliant. All of us throughly enjoyed our meals, some of the most memorable being the spicy shrimp appetizers, sashimi style swordfish, shrimp lo mein, and tiramisu dessert.We highly recommend this spot for dinner!!"

"I have visited Valbonne several times and up until a couple of years ago, I knew only of the 'Queen 's Legs ' which is about the furthest thing from a genuine Irish pub! Thank god for the crew at Roots for making a cosy, welcoming, unpretentious but top quality pub with a fantastic atmosphere and a smiling welcome from the owners and staff! the night we went, there was an impromptu jam session happening with some amazing musicians! We were in our element, and from chatting to the friendly regulars there, this sort of magic evening is par for the course! Cannot wait until our next trip so we can enjoy a few more days and nights at Roots!!"
