Santore Restaurant - Piatti

This lovely Italian is just down the road from is and we visit often. Food is reliable normally though we found the garlic bread lacking in garlic and was just tomatoes on pizza dough. Steak, excellent though. Service was efficient and friendly. Great Nero d Avalo too.

Definitely above average. Visited Santore on a Friday night. The place was packed but I had reservations for 4. Had two starters, a pasta and 2 pizzas to share, and a tiramisu for dessert. Food and services were impeccable despite the Friday night crowd. Servings were generous, had an entire pizza left for breakfast the next day.

Atmosphere: relaxed, warm and homely Food: had the bresaola to start which was delicious really good quality meat. Followed by the baked gnocchi with smoked mozzarella and pappardelle with beef and porcini ragu which were both really good. very typical Italian restaurant; not too much thought about the design of the place, but eating is amazing got the orecchiette broccoli, salsiccia parmigiano, which was really good! next time, I have to save more space for the desert, as this time I was completely full. the only part of this place was the slow service, it was friendly, but really slow.

The restaurant is nice, there are lots of good options on the menu and the staff is friendly. However I thought the food was way too salty and that there was a lot of unpleasant noise, to the point that it was difficult to have a conversation even if we were just two people at a small table. Lots of great places on Exmouth Market so might not go back to this one, unfortunately.

The restaurant is in the perfect location for a pre theatre meal. It would also be convenient if visiting the area and looking for a light lunch. The waiting staff are very efficient and courteous. The service was exactly the right speed between courses. I have eaten here several times and have been disappointed. The anti pasta starter was particularly good offering hot and cold food. this is one of my restaurants. it is authentic and delicious. the personal is very friendly and when they speak Italian, they meet a real chord. I love the pizza rucola and the gnocchi. I also often ask for things that are not on the menu like carbonara. the waiters live up to real Italian strängen, the waiters are only too happy to meet these inquiries, especially if si chiede in italiano!

super busy Italian restaurant in the Exmouth market. few of my friends have recommended this restaurant for the pizza. but I didn't feel too hungry, so I had mixed antipasti and pasta with porcini mushrooms and ragu instead. both courts were amazing! mixed antipasti is massive and I had to share it with my man. pasta was boiled al dente and the ragu with porcini was divine! I'll be back soon!

Italian restaurant in the Italian district and visited by italian .
