Despite receiving confirmation from OpenTable, the staff informed us that they were fully booked and did not have a table available for us. It was a fairly disappointing experience.

I was very impressive with the staff and how warm I was received! The food was good, nice drinks, excellent offers for cocktails (almost saving) and good food and AMAZING music!!! The DJ was incredible! I would definetly recommend.

My friends and I recently visited Scarlet's for Sunday lunch and had a delightful experience. Despite being located on a busy street, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The food was exceptional and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. we had a good eating and drinking well and the whole experience was ruined when my daughter had stolen her handbag! how did the person who did this came past the door when the guy was badly dressed and looked out of place like everyone celebrated Christmas. my daughter ran after the guy who was stopped from any reason at the door that gave her the opportunity to confront him and get her wallet back, she informed the bouncer who did not seem to disturb us that he did not care. will not book a table there again nasty experience

Booked a table for people for a March lunchtime, which you would think was attractive business for them. Despite front of house being quiet we were put in a less convivial back room with one totally inadequate portable heater, it was freezing. I ordered sausage and mash to be later told they had accidentally tipped all the mash on the kitchen floor so would I have chips. Asian chicken skewers were inedible, and we are still trying to work out why the chicken main was described as smashed it just looked grilled. Poor ambience and a poor offering. Dont waste your money here.

We were having a good time meal and drinks good and the whole experience was ruined as my daughter had her purse stolen from her handbag ! How did the person who carried out this act get past the bouncer on the door as the guy was poorly dressed and did look out of place as everyone was in the place celebrating Christmas . My daughter did run after the guy who for some reason stopped by the door which gave her the opportunity to confront him and get her purse back , she informed the bouncer who did not seem to bothered gave us the impression he did not care . I made a reservation at Scarlet's for dinner with friends before a theater show last week for my birthday. Despite reading online reviews, I was unaware that it is actually a music club geared towards a younger crowd and that the food is not the main focus. I was shocked when I walked in and could barely hear the waiter. The staff was kind and tried to accommodate us by seating us in a quieter area upstairs. The food was mediocre and the noise levels were unbearable. While the younger crowd seemed to enjoy their cocktails with flashy garnishes, I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a peaceful meal. It was a regrettable choice.

We had booked a table for ten people and when we turned up had been given a space for four however this was rectified when we brought it to the attention of the venue. Whilst we were waiting for the remaining members of our party to turn up the staff were attentive but we then struggled to grab their attention, which was probably because this was more like a bar/pub than somewhere you’d go to eat. However, the staff were friendly enough The biggest gripe was it is nothing like the website or how described. It felt like we were eating in the middle of a club the music was loud and there was even a shot girl who was walking around. Not great for a get together.

The decor is cool, we loved the cocktails the drinks were reasonably priced for London. I loved the atmosphere and couldn't fault any of the staff who were all super friendly and attentive. We would definitely return for a good night of drinking! The reason for my average rating (which I feel bad about) is the food was a big let down, our starters were okayish garlic Rosemary bread was just about edible, calamari was nice. We ordered the Wagyu burgers which sadly was not to expectations, it was chewy, and bacon stringy. Some of the chips were over cooked and some were undercooked raw in the middle. Thankfully we weren't all that hungry anyway because we were full from the cocktails but wish... Visualizza piatti
