Went there for a meal last night great tasty food my wife had steak I had mix meat grill great location great food service a bit slow

typical of the bamberg joto area next to another restaurant where the staff was very unpathic. instead, all kindness and good product. the beer is also smoked by themselves

the bratwurstteller was not the best choice from the crowd. qualitatiw very good sausage and tasty bratkartoffeln, good sour kraut, but just no real basis for the following beer tour.The so favorable at our table eaten dish (birth onion, sour roast, pork) were delicious and lt my with quarrels sufficiently saturating.

already in order and delivery of the food there were irritations: 2 dishes ordered by us were about 16.00 a.m. I then decided for chicken carving with reiscurry and got chicken carving with pommes frittes. note of the waiter: "reach is out. pommes are also delicious!" I am annoyed now that I didn't let the court go back.The taste of the dishes was average.

We just happened to find this place near the dom and thought the ribs on the special of the worth a try. It turned out to be just delicious.Dining and sharing a table on the sidewalk was just what we needed when the temperature reached a 10 years high by the end of May. My meal at this restaurant was extremely satisfying, and I found it to be very delicious as well. I had the pork shank with mashed potatoes and some mashed peas as well and it really was good, as I love German food, this place hit the spot. You can sit out on the street which has a nice view or there's a great back patio which is a little more intimate. The beer here is great as well and they are famous for a beer that taste like smoked bacon. Try it.

we were in the mai in this restaurant and had ordered us a grill plate for 2 persons.....A catastrophe!!!The grill plate consisted of 2 sausages, 1 piece pute, 1 piece of bark meat (which was not recognizable as bark meat and was completely fried) pommes and dried onions. So we had to halve the 2 pieces of meat so that everyone could eat a small piece.Also there is only one group menu Naja...With 2 people we are also a group.Also dear bamberg visitor makes a big arc around this restaurant.

Sat down here after touring the Dom and museums around it, so was really hungry. The location was good, out of the crowd walking down from the Dom, under umbrellas to shade from the warm sunny weather. The table cloth and firm cushions matched and were brightly red and white, the Fachwerk houses around you, and the Dom bells above gave a cozy feel to the place. The prices are higher for the food than at other restaurants in the Alt Stadt. My spouse had the Keller Beer, house beer, which he liked but it was too bitter for me.
