Fabulous stopped for a quick hot panini and managed to enjoy the sunshine outside. Friendly staff, lovely and clean and the food was so fresh and nicely presented.

A simple breakfast (sausage and egg sandwich for me), tea coffee etc, all executed really well. Nice pleasant staff. A lovely place to sit and contemplate the day.

Charming café with friendly service that welcomes dogs. Enjoy delicious homemade treats to dine in or take away, and don't miss the excellent chocolate shop as well.

I had a Cheese, tomato, and onion toastie and it is the best toastie I've ever had. Often veggie food is disappointing and just ticks the box but this was clearly made with love. I'll be going there regularly now I've discovered this gem.

Sitting in Scrumptious now having enjoyed a toastie and a brownie- delicious all round, only us here so if you want a quiet lunch on a Tuesday pop in, lovely staff, completely understand how we all like our own tea our own way! It’s a lovely little cafe, to be visited often.

After reading the reviews, we had high expectations when we visited this restaurant. Unfortunately, the panini was disappointing and the toasted sandwiches were plain without any garnishes. The biggest issue was the lady cooking the food – her hair was loose and she was not following food safety regulations. This was very off-putting.

Rachel and the team stepped into the breach when our event caterers got taken out by the world's second most dreaded C word 3 days before our wedding. And they did an amazing job feeding 100 people in just a few days, the food was delicious the service was professional and the price was very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough! Stop looking you have found your caterers!

Scrumptious catered my son's christening. We asked for a finger buffet for 50. We had a vast selection of sandwiches (the Coronation chicken and the brie and Cranberry were particularly delicious) , homemade quiche, sausage/ cheese and onion rolls, chocolate dipped strawberries and four types of cake (chocolate orange brownies, apple crumble blondies, bakewell Flapjack and coffee and walnut cake) , all delivered to the venue on lidded platters ready to serve. Nothing was too much trouble and Rachel even did a seperate plate for my gluten free guests, and a tray of finger sandwiches and crudités for the children. I am a middle-aged man who usually dislikes going out for coffee. My wife and I have had many arguments in the past because she loves going out for coffee, cake, or lunch while I prefer to stay home. However, Scrumptious has changed my mind. Now, when my wife suggests going out for coffee, I am excited. They offer a delicious selection of food. Their falafel is spiced and delightful, and their Welsh rarebit is made with strong cheddar and just the right amount of mustard. And the cakes! Oh my goodness, I always enjoy the cakes they have to offer.
