Scuderie Del Peschio

Sono venuto qui con le mie zie e la nonna durante un viaggio nella nostra città natale in Italia. Abbiamo seguito una lezione di cucina con Rosaria ed è stata veramente un ricordo che non dimenticherò mai! Questo posto è una gemma nascosta e il personale è così caloroso.

The food and hospitality is a piece of art! “Simple” but great. A tribute to Italian less is more and quality of ingredients. Everything is so fresh. Perfect consistencies, temperatures and timing. Saturated with taste. Rosaria and Francesco are very very kind and helpfull. Nothing more to wish for. Thanks so much for you passion for food and people. Left with a big smile.

Un pasto delizioso e un'ospitalità meravigliosa grazie a Rosaria e Francesco. Abbiamo gustato un pranzo incredibile in una bellissima posizione prima di visitare i resti romani di Saepinum. Ogni piatto era delizioso e ben presentato, abbiamo apprezzato gli gnocchi con verdure di stagione, maiale, merluzzo e abbiamo concluso con un semifreddo al melone e una cheesecake ai lamponi. Stiamo già pianificando la nostra prossima visita.

posto molto bello e accogliente, immerso nel verde. il proprietario Mr. francesco è molto gentile e attento alle nostre richieste. i primi piatti sono molto buoni, quello con i crioli che mi è piaciuto molto, mentre la chitarra con lo zafferano vorrei sottolineare che dovrebbe essere preparato con gli spaghetti formati "chitarra non con gli spaghettini. i secondi piatti sono molto buoni per evidenziare l'agnello eccellente e le gustose crostate anche se grasse. dolci molto buoni

We were staying in their little house in the woods next to their restaurant so ate here 3 times out of 4 nights! Simply wonderful food, Francesco and Rosario are very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Very reasonably priced, tasty, perfectly cooked and typical of the area. The rabbit was excellent, the little cheese and egg balls wonderful and the pasta all superb. The wine is excellent, try the house tintillia. If you are anywhere nearby definitely go, you will not be disappointed.

We found this place while touring and what a stroke of luck! Francesco and Rosaria are wonderful and warm people who made us feel really welcome. We enjoyed a riding lesson (our first at age 70 and 75) from their son Guiseppe, a really kind and patient teacher. A meal in the simple and unpretencious restaurant is a memorable experience. Rosaria’s ‘fusion’ recipes give an interesting twist to traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients with vegetarian and gluten free options. For the outstanding quality, the prices are very reasonable.

I found this on the internet and took my grandkids here to ride horses and eat lunch since it was only an hour away...wow! We had a fantastic day! Not only was the horse trainer professional, but he had all the protection gear needed, even for the 2-year-old! He is fantastic with children, teaching them in the indoor ring, and very kind. The kids loved the outdoor swings and zip line and ropes as a great way to unwind, and the nature trail was a beautiful walk. Lunch here was delicious as well! I would recommend you call ahead if possible, but we will definitely be returning.

Le migliori lezioni di cucina con Rosaria. Sin dal momento in cui ci siamo connessi via telefono ed email ho sentito sincerità genuina! Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza se ne avete l'occasione. I piatti che abbiamo cucinato rispecchiavano veramente la regione del Molise e erano semplici e deliziosi! Abbiamo preparato antipasti, primo e secondo piatto e dessert! Abbiamo apprezzato cucinare ed mangiare "al fresco" nei bellissimi dintorni dei Monti del Molise. I proprietari Rosaria e Francesco mostrano il loro amore per la terra e la passione per il cibo che servono. È stato veramente un punto culminante del nostro viaggio!!

At the „Scuderia del Peschio“ we had one of the best stops in Italy. The place is wonderful, Francesco and his family as well as their staff are such friendly people and very helpful. The dishes served at their restaurant are unbelievable tasty (also Vegetarian and Vegan options and we never had such great cooked pomodori (thanks to Rosaria! . The place itself is quiet and natural, it is near the cute town San Guiliano del Sannio and the city Campobasso. There is also the possibility to stay there with your Camper Van which we really can recommend if you want to calm down and enjoy quiet nature in Italy. What more can I say than: Mille Grazie!
