"The food was really good but the main purpose of this review is to talk about the service. I ordered a Mediterranean salad and wrote a note about how I'm having a rough day and how i'd appreciate if they could add some extra halloumi. I got the extra halloumi indeed, but I also received the cutest note wishing me to feel better soon. there was no name under the note, but I have to say it really made my day more than the food ever could : so thank you."

Wonderful staff, quick with a joke and always accommodating! Customer service is 100%, they always greet me with a smile even when I come for the last order! Simply the best burgers in town for a very reasonable price.

Often use Shake and Grill in Southsea, by far the best burgers in town, top quality, great size portions and the shakes are amazing. Hakim and his team are amazing. Just had an another amazing meal with my long haired admiral

I always order the same two burgers and a shake every time I visit this restaurant, and I am always satisfied with my meal. Had our 1st experience of Shake and Grill Paulsgrove tonight, (delivered) and I must say we were not disappointed. The burgers were very tasty and huge, I could not even finish mine and not a lot beats me. The fries we really nice, crispy, hot and plenty of them. We will definitely use again and would recommend.

the device is clean and the service is good. I had the southern fried sweet chili chicken burger meal. the burger was more than half salat with the smallest piece fried chicken, that was crispy coating than huh. not impressed. the peri peri huhn was beautifully spiced and was tender and moist. the pack filet huh was also pleased and enjoyed. for the price of my burger meal I would expect more huh than I.
