"I have been to this place for a coffee with a friend on November 19th 2021 and kept in mind to write a review as this kind of experience was so horrible that one needs to write a review. We were there at about 3:30 pm this day and the place was totally empty. It did not start well, when the waiter who was already extremely unpleasant with us and who, to my point of view, showed a lot of attitude pointed out to us our table, which was in the middle of the room and which looked like the table for the decoration flowers were on the top, the table was extremely different than the others – in black and different shape and there was no place to sit really. In this regard, his argument was that all his tables were prepared for the diner. Then, even though there was no one and there were three employees behind the counter the waiter btw doing nothing and chilling out, it took him about 15 minutes to show us the menu in an unpleasant way. Finally, the cherry on the top was, when he decided to chill out after taking our order and talked to a friend who just popped into the restaurant and proposing him a drink that he made and served him while we were still waiting for a good half an hour after he took the order for our two coffees. At this point, even though I did not want to embarrass my friend, that was enough of disrespect to us so we decided to leave. When he saw us ready to leave, he rushed up and started to make quickly the coffee and said that we should not leave as he is doing the coffee right now such hypocrisy. Obviously, we left. We went to another coffee place near by Rausch and really enjoyed our time there. Service was amazing. Never ever will I ever go to this place again, being from Berlin."
