"Rude employees. First time ordering takeout. Came to pick up my order stood at the side of the main desk (where you order), no employees in sight. Employee walks back from the bathroom, walks past me and says hello. No, how can help you or nothing. He walks behind the counter, in front of the register and just stands there staring forward (the place is empty), purposely avoiding eye contact with. I finally say after 5-10 seconds, hello, can you help me i have an order for pickup . He then does this exaggerated single finger up in the air and rounds it off point to the register, very condescendingly. First time and last time I will come here."

The food is mehhh. I would not eat there again. The chicken is just to dry and not a lot of sauce or flavor to it.

From my first week in the Kaiserslautern area till today the food have stayed consistently good. My favorite is the Sponge Bob wings!

Great wings! I like that the wings are small, hot, and crispy. The fries are on the soft side but you can ask to have them fried crisper. I also like the different flavor combinations and the very fast service. You won't go wrong with choosing Shawingz.

I recently had takeout here and had a mixed experience. The hamburger bun had seeds in it (not sesame seeds), which I didn't enjoy, and the meat was a bit chewy. On the upside, the mozzarella sticks were tasty, and the fries were decent. Overall, an average experience. Visualizza piatti

They have changed their menu since I went several months ago. No more doner, added burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches. Crispy chicken sandwich was good. They also have popcorn chicken now. Haven't tried it but plan to next time. 5-5-24 Went again today, and got several of the sides and the popcorn chicken. Everything was good. Didn't see the sign for $6 margaritas until I was leaving. Otherwise today would have been the day to have one.

We've given Shawingz multiple tries, hoping that our initial experience with the wings tasting like they were cooked in oil that wasn't fresh was just a one-off. Unfortunately, during several visits, we found this to be a consistent issue. The lingering taste of used oil was noticeable, detracting from the wings themselves. I've also heard similar feedback from several colleagues, who have also decided not to return. It would be great if the restaurant could address this issue, as it seems to be a common concern among patrons.
