It was awful the food we couldn't eat because it was burnt and they were short staffed and we paid 190 pounds and it was disgusting my advice to people avoid

Jess and Ethan were incredibly welcoming and made our experience at the restaurant very pleasant. The food was amazing as well, especially the perfectly cooked steak.

My son treated me to brunch as an early Mother's Day surprise, but the entire experience was terrible from beginning to end. It took over an hour for our food to be served, and when it finally arrived, it was missing items from the menu and half of it was cold. Some of the food was so bad that it was almost inedible - I have never seen scrambled eggs look like that before! The server was very apologetic and offered us a full refund, but it didn't make up for the fact that what was supposed to be a special treat turned out to be a complete disappointment. Disappointed! 14 of us attended for bottomless brunch for a Hen Party. It took 30 minutes to get our first drink, and continued at the pace. Our food hadn’t arrived even when our two hours was up! We approached staff some of which were very apologetic and helpful and others who were just damn right rude. The end result was our bride being pushed to tears as this was not the experience that she had hoped for. After complaining multiple times we were given a tree of drinks and shots however this did not make up for the poor service. I visited on Sunday to go for a bottomless brunch with some friends, on arrival we were seated and given menus and the waitress told us they had some shortages due to a delivery not coming in.
